Very Good
TThe MentalistThe room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot.
I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice.

IIlham Suriawinata PratamaI’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered
The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic
I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future

SSilvia AliChose this hotel because it’s close to a birthday event that we had to attend to. The service was great, everybody was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new so building is nice and good. The bedroom was just okay. Bed was nice. Bathroom was surprisingly too small, and they only provided 1 mat and 1 sink towel, apart from big towels. Water in the sink was going down a bit slow. Toilet flush also was not strong enough, must press a few times. Hotel facility was good. There was a gym and an area to exercise (walk) with view to enjoy. Breakfast was quite a variety.

我我芯依旧This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

Ggeorge chiangThe environment of the hotel is fairly clean, with an industrial-style feel, and simple supplies such as coffee and tea bags are provided. The toilet in the room is not large, but the hot water is hot enough, and the electric kettle cannot be boiled. It is a pity.

AAstonoOverall it's quite good, only the mattress is already crushed so sleeping is uncomfortable, also the sound level in the room is not good so sleep is disturbed by noise from outside the room. The swimming pool is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel location is strategic and easy to reach.
