We stayed on the first floor, which was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious."

The only downside was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, doors closing in other rooms, and the sound of housekeepers cleaning. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the chef making the breakfast rice noodles. They were enthusiastic about asking what you wanted and even taught me how to mix the pea jelly. As expected, a chef's preparation tastes amazing – truly a local specialty!"

"The sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I called the front desk once and asked them to send someone to deal with it. I went to the front desk in person to inform them again. In my opinion, the professional quality of the front desk is very poor and the ability to handle problems is very weak. May I ask: where is the management of the hotel?"
