老闆娘人特別好，整體衞生還不錯，不像其他評論的那樣（説實話蟑螂是不會喜歡床這種乾燥平整的環境的，一般在衞生間或者廚房，再説一掀被子早跑了難道待在那不動）來考試環境不吵鬧，房價也沒有跟風瘋漲，床比較軟挺舒服的，還有紙杯、一次性拖鞋、馬桶套等很齊全，喜歡床靠窗的户型。

老闆很好，也很體諒臨時續1個小時，沒有收取費用，打電話諮詢時，也很客氣和耐心。房間也很乾凈。
