Room for 4! It's just a short stay to catch an early train in Chur. You take an elevator and then a stairs to the room. The bed is comfy. The parking slot is just on the basement. McDonald's and supermarket is nearby Staff is soo nice.

A very neat and modern building, room was a good size with a very generous balcony. Breakfast was simple but nice to be included. Good access to bus and local attractions. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.

Stayed 1 night and its very good experience. Location is bit far from main railway station but have direct bus services.

Very comfortable… Easy access by public transport… 50 meters walking from hotel to bus stop heading to Chur town or train station. Staff are very helpful.

We booked two rooms for a family trip. The balcony was very large and comfortable. The large desk in the room provided a good computer workspace. It was only about ten minutes away from the old town by bus, which was very convenient! I will book Ibis again next time I go to Chur!

It took less than 10 minutes by bus from Chur Station to arrive. There was a smell of fertilizer around the hotel, but you get used to it. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and I was able to watch various subscriptions on the TV by logging in with my account. There was a McDonald's next door, and a supermarket nearby, so I had no trouble staying there. Best of all, the breakfast was the best!

Completely useless 1h20 waiting to take my room Completely full of ants and parasites 😱 In all the hotels I have been to, I have never found a mess like this...🤦♂️ Breakfast 18fr useless also I did not eat anything flies everywhere in the local food not clean, Hotel it smells bad in the whole hotel😱🤭🤭

Excellent location, small room, average environment, average indoor hygiene. Friendly service from the waiter. No slippers, toothbrush and other supporting facilities. Cheap price. Safe luggage storage, satisfactory.
