I rarely write reviews. If I am motivated to write, it is either excellent or extremely bad. Unfortunately, this hotel belongs to the latter. 1. There are very few people in the hotel. When you enter the door, there are Internet celebrities who are filming and live-streaming to promote room packages. Yes, I was also attracted by the ** package. 2. The surrounding environment is very poor, deserted and without supporting facilities. It says hot spring hotel, but in fact, the hot spring is only open at 6 pm. 3. As a resort hotel, the area is very small and the hot spring area is very small. Each pool is about 2 or 3 square meters, and only 3 were open that day. However, there are few people, and the 3 pools are actually empty (we didn't go outside to soak, but went to see it at night). 4. There are no facilities near the hot springs, and you can't change clothes. You have to change into a swimsuit and walk a long way. Especially after soaking, it's wet and walk a long way to the room. The temperature now is terrible to think about. 5. The sanitation is really bad. There are hairs everywhere in the room. I opened the quilt and saw 3 hairs at once. I looked down and saw curly hairs. Could it be that someone slept there and didn't change the quilt? I originally booked two nights, but fortunately I canceled and only booked one night. 6. As for the service, the front desk was indifferent and no one guided the parking. The concierge was even more non-existent. The girl in the restaurant had to call to ask how to operate the invoice. There was no business training and I waited for a long time. 7. As the saying goes, if the hardware is not good, the software will make up for it. If the software is not good, the service will make up for it. But this hardware, software and service are not good, and it is worth the 5-star rating. I have never encountered it before. The next day, I immediately changed to Qiandao Lake Greentown Sheraton, which was very comfortable.
