很少給差評， 但差評衹針對房間異響和早餐。
1.晚上空調附近有類似於空調運轉的聲音，但當時並未開空調，響了一夜，被吵的一夜都沒咋睡的着。
2.早餐的時候餐廳坐滿了人，都沒座位，由於人太多，又有點趕時間，提出打包兩個包子和一個雞蛋也被拒絕，衹回覆有規定不允許打包。餐廳那麼多人的情況下，我打包不是效率最高，體驗最好的嗎？非得我端着盤子站在那等座位，然後在那麼嘈雜的環境下吃早餐嗎？ 是否可以根據餐廳客流適當調整。
但酒店環境挺好的，前台和保潔服務也挺好，房間也很整潔，需要東西也第一時間給送到。

酒店整體不錯
訂了豪華泡池湖景房，房間超大，泡池超大
晚飯在酒店解決，魚頭湯和小炒雞不錯
前台和餐廳服務都不錯
美中不足：酒店附近沒什麼吃的，也沒有便利店，去湖邊需要過一條馬路；早飯種類少，可選不多

一般般，有點舊了，早餐還行。小童樂園有點臟，又很冷不開空調。服務不是很到位，大晚上到酒店入住房間在邊上樓宇也沒人帶。拉着行李帶着孩子還有自己找入口。

因為是淡季出遊，價格很划算。酒店設施齊全，服務有五星級的標準。房間寬敞，帶有個很大的浴池。陽台可以看到千島湖。早餐很豐富，實物很新鮮。酒店的後山環境清幽，山頂可以俯瞰千島湖，非常美。樂園的小動物們超級萌，遊樂場很大。很適合親子游。
