房間很大，衞生也還算乾淨，泳池不大但水很乾凈，泡着或遊一下很舒服，餐食還可以，基本每餐都會換品種，還挺滿意的

房間很大，環境很好，千島湖邊上性價比很高的酒店，遊玩設施都是免費的，玩了卡丁車，電玩，游泳，小劇場也很有意思，還有抽獎，得到一衹小羊駝，帶孩子暑假玩，很開心，錯過時間沒吃到下午茶。

房間很大，很新，空調很涼快，4成人住綽綽有餘。環境很好也很安靜。泳池很大很乾凈。退房也開延遲到13點
但是，這麼偏的酒店，主打全包不付費，但是最基本的餐真的太難吃了，三餐全靠清湯麪。三餐自助餐基本沒有什麼差別，難吃，所謂的下午茶和軟飲，就是小蛋糕＋可樂雪碧果粒橙。
酒店的佈局非常不人性化，有種5D地圖爬上爬下。
整體服務員的水平也很一般，整體不適合帶太小的小朋友一起。公共設施根本不配套，衹是有個小小小童俱樂部。

總體還可以 剛開業時去過一次 幾年下來稍有點損舊 但是環境很舒適 尤其服務還是很到位的 電車接送上下坡 幫拿行李
不是很滿意的主要是這幾點：1 房間地面衞生做的不夠 進去灰塵都捲起來在飄 後面阿姨來打掃還把臟抹布遺留在我們衞生間了 就這麼放着一直沒拿走 2. 桌球室乒乓球室這種活動室竟然很濃重的煙味 這讓孩子怎麼進去玩 3. 自助餐的食材豐富和檔次肯定是和幾年前沒法比了
希望改進 越做越好 這樣下次還來
