The hotel was clean and perfect location, staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed about all the pools being closed, we realized that only once we arrived that all pools are closed. It's a pity because that was the main reason we chose this hotel. I understand that it was in the fine print which I did not notice, however, pools should not close in October, as it was still really hot. I think the hotel should seriously consider changing this policy of theirs and notify on the booking in bold that pools are closed.

比較了很多酒店 最後還是打算選擇伊敦 真的很貼心 從到酒店門口下車 就有人來接待問 入住辦理登記整個過程接待的服務人員都很温柔 還有入住水果贈送 酒店整個環境都很好！非常高端大氣 早餐種類也很多很豐盛 下次來還會住伊敦！

地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜，離市區不是很遠，晚上租個小電動車開到市區吃飯很舒服。酒店三個室外泳池，最深的1m4 還是1m5，體驗不錯。
房間設施燈光設計還可以，維護的也湊合，有的按鈕有掉漆現象，老酒店也不可避免陳設有些老舊可以理解。
其餘沒什麼特別出彩的也沒什麼不愉快的
淡季一晚價格我花了500左右，僅供參考

這個酒店名字不太容易引起注意，臨時定了兩晚套房，發現很好。套房100多平，足夠兩個娃滿地爬。
酒店地理位置很好，整體建築格局其實是不錯的，有點像三亞海邊酒店的包裹式圍繞內部景觀，室外三個泳池足夠小朋友們玩水。
服務居然還不錯，有微信管家，前台、中餐廳、西餐廳、客房阿姨都蠻禮貌的，是有服務意識的，其中前台的服務比前兩晚住的voco好太多了。
要説可以改進的方面，酒店硬件略有年代感，反正不新，一些外部牆面有植被攀爬、表面磚瓦略有掉落，豪華海景套房陽台外面有幾顆大樹遮擋，園林設計可以考慮重新搞一下了。房間內遮光不好，讓技術人員過來臨時做了遮擋，還有酒店的那個碼頭荒廢在那裡很可惜，其實位置很好。
總體上，這個酒店地理位置很好、建築佈局很好，如果硬件修繕一下、園林略再設計優化一下，整體的服務流程再系統性一些，可以成為千島湖綜合實力頭部之一了

第一次入住這個酒店，真的讓我大跌眼鏡，我想着選一個性價比高一點的才選擇了伊敦，我衹能説一分價錢一分貨，問題是，這個價格也不是三五百塊，它的服務衞生根本匹配不上它的價格…
首先，不得不説，千島湖的服務還是可以的，高鐵有直接去各個酒店的穿梭巴士，這個很方便
然後自從進了酒店的那一刻起，就沒有任何服務可言，進大門是沒有人給你打招呼say hi的，更加別説給你提行李了，他們禮賓部就是一個擺設，然後我辦理入住，一共四個櫃枱，每個櫃枱其實各司其職，有辦理入住，辦理退房的，但是！它沒有明顯的標誌！然後我盲選了一個，我記得是進門左手邊第一個，但是這個前台小姐姐一直在打電話，最起碼5分鐘根本沒理我們，我理解她是為了解決某些客人的問題，但是她根本抬頭看眼我們都沒有，更誇張的是，掛了電話，我們按照正常手續辦理入住，當時到店已經快兩點了，她和我説還要等，房間還沒出來，我問她大概要多久，她説她打個電話，然後撥通了之後，對方好大概對她催打掃表達了不滿，她就直接對電話裏説，不是我要知道，是客人要知道，我？？？？？，請問這是一個前台應該説出的話嗎？你們內部有很大的問題吧…然後她又打了另一個電話，説是有房間好了，那請問之前那個人是在幹嘛？！
然後進了房間之後，我之前訂房時説好的兩張床拼一起，根本就沒有，後來為了節省時間，我自己拼的，事實是，到最後都沒有阿姨來拼，房間衞生就不説了，一股黴味，空調聲音巨大！沒聽錯，巨大！誇張的來了，它們不提供一次性拖鞋，打着環保的由頭，還説衹能提供環保拖鞋，就是那種家用的涼拖，還説帶走需要39一雙！請問是誰買不起，要買你們這種重複利用的涼拖嗎？然後因為帶孩子需要泡奶喝水，我問她要6瓶水，她和我説她的權限衹能提供4瓶水，我都要氣笑了，什麼酒店，開不起就別開，到了晚上更誇張的來了！！我老公有需要冰塊的習慣，他們房間的冰桶都上黴了，一股味，裏面殘留的水都是渾濁的，照片也拍不出我説的這個畫面，我們打電話給總機，説需要冰塊並換一個冰桶，對方説好的，神奇的一幕出現了，一個客房服務員拎着一袋冰塊來了，沒看錯，如圖如示，一個塑料袋裝的，還不是食用級的塑料袋，拜託我是需要喝的，不是泡腳的！！！！！！
算了，算我倒黴選了你們家，第二天的早飯也是，麪包基本全是預製的，我加了一個人收我98你最起碼也要對得起這個價格啊，餐廳亂糟糟的，人都坐到類似大堂吧的地方，食品也是一塌糊塗，茶葉蛋上面粘的全是茶葉…
本來好好的千島湖之行，這個酒店愣是給我整無語了，以後還是得選連鎖的五星級酒店，不能抱僥倖心理了

抓住暑期末尾客房降價，順帶過個七夕。前台姐姐給升級了房間，酒店景色非常棒。三個室外泳池，一個室內泳池，泳池衞生乾淨，全天有安全員。早餐也很符合大眾口味😄推薦煎餃和麪條以及酒釀饅頭。晚餐自助嘗試了下，一百來塊的性價比是很可以的，羊排推薦，其他的就平常些，能找到合適自己的吃的。

新裝修的房間，總體感覺不錯。窗外直麪泳池和湖景，景觀很好。早晨陽光直射窗户 窗簾遮光性不夠，6:30就被陽光叫醒。房間的智能語音服務小度功能較一般，一個類型音樂衹有三首曲子且經常連不上網絡。早餐廳人很多，而且很多小朋友，比較嘈雜
