設施：希爾頓作為五星級酒店但是比五星級的標準差點意思，泳池女更衣室廁所停電，頂層房間浴室水忽冷忽熱，電梯按鈕失靈，這些都不應該出現
衞生：毛巾有污漬我是沒想到的
環境：環境還是非常好的
服務：服務也是隨叫隨到蠻不錯的

房間維護的很好，乾淨衞生又細心。面向湖面躺平式度假最佳選擇。千島湖之行性價比最高。早餐豐富美味。酒店的裝潢大氣寬敞，每個人之間都有足夠舒服的個人空間，這點很不錯。泳池看起來也很乾凈。
酒店的360元黃山尖遊艇內有空調，舒適，出發方便，沒有人擠人人挨人，每個人都有座位。
謝謝anna幫我們升級了房間。

本想着中秋節旅遊的，沒成想颱風徹底改變了這次的行程，感謝酒店管家Jennie ，從辦理入住開始，全程服務我們，並且還送了入住水果跟月餅。雖然這次旅遊基本是啥也沒看到，不過住宿體驗還是相當不錯的。

貼銀子升級到豪華湖景套房，符合家裡3個人的共處一室需求，親子房設計過於小朋友，家裡這個大了，就有點不合適；總體來説品牌酒店的服務菜品還是有保障，地理位置也可以，酒店區域的湖景也不錯
