房間很大，但是空調製冷非常差，入住房間裏就有一台電風扇，所以是知道這個房間製冷有問題還開出去給客人？第二天協調換房後製冷就好很多。
1500+一晚定的房間需要吹電風扇…晚上睡覺拉窗簾還從窗簾裏滾出來一個吃過的梨，阿姨打掃完客房沒有再檢查一遍嗎？
晚上的自助餐進去拿個盤子走一圈根本沒有東西吃更是絕絕子。
不知道xhs上清一色的好評是哪裡來的，總之是對洲際很失望的。暑期人流大房源緊張，服務完全跟不上，或許淡季來可以體驗感好一些。
酒店主打親子，在親子方面還不錯，户外泳池寶寶很喜歡，安全員也很盡責，這點很棒。室內小童樂園蠻大的，但是除了入口處有服務員要求穿襪子，進去以後沒有其他工作人員在場內。
酒店位置在山上，地理位置絕佳，風景超美，適合自駕，停車場有兩層，車位充足也有充電樁。

不滿意點：中央空調不太給力，熱得睡不着；入住後第二天下午遊玩回來沖了個澡，等吃完晚飯回房間發現浴巾都不見了，也沒有新放的。 滿意點：酒店整體不錯，室內外景觀設計別出心裁，入住後安靜舒服沒有任何喧鬧嘈雜，面對着碧綠湖水，樹林葱蘢，出門近距離吃飯有接駁車，早餐種類豐富，中式正餐的菜有優有次吧。室內外的游泳池有三四個，位置正對着湖，看日落很漂亮，晚上泳池旁邊還有小節目。即使不出門在酒店玩玩逛逛也沒問題，各種拍照都可以出片。大堂的抹茶冰淇淋好吃，買了兩次。

第一次嘗試洲際酒店來度假，非常滿意的一次出行。洲際酒店在仙島湖的東南湖區，像個世外桃源一樣。房間硬件軟件設施都水平在線，衞生也很好，種草了好幾個朋友。管家simon提前一天就開始主動溝通聯繫，入住過程也及時響應需求，非常贊。
