客觀評價，不針對任何服務人員及個人。隔音效果非常差，零點被樓上入住客人吵醒，前台第一時間進行了服務補救，在經過嘗試和樓上客人溝通仍無果後，又嘗試了耳塞和換房，且不談半夜半睡半醒間換房有多麼折騰，新的房間空調機聲音也是嘎吱嘎吱，輾轉反側四個多小時後天終於熬到天亮。此次入住好評給到新鋭旅拍的工作人員，尤其是攝影小蔣老師情緒價值十分到位，酒店服務補救也另送了兩張照片。

非常完美的千島湖洲際酒店兩晚三天之旅，從入住酒店一直驚喜不斷，所有的服務堪稱完美，很驚喜升級為行政湖景房，大大的湖景房整潔衞生連自細節都很精緻，環境優美綠蔭覆蓋半島，尤其是我們的管家Kate小姐姐服務周到，活動出行餐飲等等都會貼心細緻的提醒，有什麼需求及諮詢都不厭其煩的及時回答，很暖心！酒店的各項活動都安排的非常周到，餐飲也是非常的滿意，總之是一次完美的出遊一定還會帶家人小朋友再來，謝謝！

酒店遠離市區的喧鬧，整體自然環境一流，非常適合泡酒店。羨餐廳的中餐味道很好，尤其魚頭湯很鮮美。組織的活動也很豐富，我們騎車繞着整個羨山遊覽了一圈，還參加了酒店贈送的旅拍，可以拍的場景很多，也很出片。整體行程不錯，有時間下次還來。

對小月齡也很友好 這次是帶9個月的孩子來的 尤其是酒店早餐 有很多小月齡可以吃的食物
