房間很一般，入住當天晚上還因為客房送來的劣質電器有質量問題，導致冒火花跳閘，畢竟帶着小孩出門，安全隱患不容忽視；第二天酒店為了彌補一下自己的過失，讓我們房間坐觀光小火車免費！好了，説到早餐，也真是太讓人失望了，品種非常少，尤其是肉類！洲際啥時候這麼不大氣了！最後提一嘴更加坑人的地方，酒店有遊船登島遊，300元一位，上島門票另外自費，這300元的服務就是來回島的服務，來回共計十五分鐘之內，沒有任何的遊覽，這300元純粹一個來回船票的作用，來回船票需要300元一位嗎？合著一家三四口人，小1千的船票，救生衣也沒給安排穿，也不説繞着島欣賞風景，還不準站在甲板上看，太坑人了！我們人比較多，光是這個十五分鐘的船票就花了1725元，哪有這麼坑自己酒店住客的！千島湖也不是衹有你一家酒店啊，我們去千島湖也不是就去一次啊，吃相太難看了！
