臨時訂的，就定了最普通的房型。但是也是滿意的，覺得各方面都挺好的，管家提前就加上微信，分享每日活動，熱心幫忙預約。活動也很多，小朋友玩的很開心，泳池也很棒，室內泳池居然還一個熱池，帶小朋友玩的更安心～

上次6月出差來千島湖洲際覺得酒店很舒適，房間很舒服，所以中秋帶着一家老小來住了。
相比雙床的湖景房，我更喜歡大床房，酒店一如既往的舒適，提前管家Estrella會微信聯繫耐心答疑，我們通過千島湖洲際小程序預訂了接送大巴，中秋節酒店很用心，安排了做月餅、香囊、團扇的活動，小孩子很喜歡。大人就可以跟着去羨山徒步，領隊Neve小余認真負責，風景確實不錯。酒店還有旅拍服務，1小時左右，一間房三張照片，攝影師小蔣帶着我們室內室外網紅景點都打卡了，全程和藹可親，拍照技術專業，景點也很出片。酒店晚上還有開夜床服務，會送去牛奶，客房服務員嚴花艷服務熱情周到。

各方面的完美的體驗!!
首先是房間:前台陳小藝和鄭欣欣真的很耐心，多次溝通，儘量滿足我們對房間陽台外的景色要求。打開門看見陽台的瞬間真的是驚艷，湖景完美，房內設施和配套都非常乾淨舒適。
管家Amy真的非常貼心，要求都第一時間迴應了，非常滿意，必須好評!首日時令水果非常新鮮，感受到了酒店滿滿的誠意[愛心][愛心]
