度假村在比較偏遠的地方，從高鐵站打車過去不是很方便。
房間很乾凈，隔音也很好。

房間是類似公寓的，太陽季集團旗下的，整個阿爾法城應該是是一體的，買的套票，定一間房等於整個阿爾法城的東西都能走一圈看一圈。
管家小錦也很負責，基本發訊息秒回，制香需要預約因為時間沖突，還給我們去拿了瓶香補上。
晚上這邊還正好有活動，阿爾法夜市，幾十家夜攤以小吃的為主，氛圍不錯。
帶娃的可以來溜溜，做陶土，玻璃手工藝品也都有，一個城能呆大半天

這簡直是孩子的天堂，大人的放鬆地，晚上的夜市絕了，還有好多製作工坊可以體驗，房間乾淨整潔舒適

下雨天遇上千島湖，酒店有點像公寓式的，感覺是剛開業，配套設施還沒有跟上，有一些活動可以帶小朋友參加，周圍有一個淳安博物館也能稍微逛一逛
