Good experience and clean! The staff is helpful and it’s basically living in a home but with hotel services

I’m a solo female traveller and recently spent five nights in Chongqing. I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered Sweeten Hotel (Chongqing Guanyinqiao Xinyi Street). The room was spotlessly clean and the service was excellent. A particularly kind and sweet young lady at the front desk made my stay even more pleasant. The location is ideal just a 6-minute walk to Hongqihegou Metro Station, which connects to both Line 3 and Line 6, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, so everything I needed was within reach. I truly enjoyed my trip and highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Why the cleaner just let themself in the room without knocking? FYI seems like all rooms are on the 28th floor, rooms facing north (Ie the cbd would have the best view. Restaurants in the area are many but most of them seem to be ghost kitchens or average imo.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is very spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the loft-style design. The bed is comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The in-room washing machine was also a huge plus for convenience. There is some construction outside during the day, so you might hear a bit of noise, but it didn’t affect my sleep at all. The staff are fantastic—super friendly and incredibly responsive via WeChat, which made everything smooth and easy. I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend for a few extra days just to rest—it’s that peaceful! There are plenty of food and drink options right outside, making it easy to grab a meal or drinks. While it’s not the closest to some of the major tourist attractions, the subway station is walking distance, so getting around is still very convenient. Overall, highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The hotel is more like a loft and it has a washing machine inside which is very convenient as travellers. But the loft could be cleaner and brighter in my opinion

Room is huge and there are a lot of food to try nearby. Also a supermarket and many convenience shop in the surrounding. It is just 1 MRT stop or 15min walk to the 观音桥 shopping district. Staffs are friendly and helpful to all your questions.

The room is very big, I like it very much, it is very suitable for us with two kids, it is convenient to take the light rail, there is a business district downstairs, and parking is also convenient. The only suggestion is that the railing in Figure 1 can have a few more vertical bars. The bed is too close to the edge and I feel unsafe sleeping. 😂😂 Or you can move the bed a little further in. 😂😂 The front desk lady is very gentle and patient.
