The location is good but the hotel is located in an old building. Looks clean and neat but the toilet is smelly. Smell like sewage. The sound insulation is not good. There is no safety lock, it feels abit unsafe.

Cleanliness: Room itself is clean but the building it’s not. Hotel located at a building and only 17th floor belongs to the hotel. So have to share lifts with other 31 floors. You might entered the hotel with full of smoking smell because the people smoke inside the lift. That’s something I cannot stand it. Room: Booked this double bed room if you planning to combined bed for children or for 3 people. Hotel can see is quite new, but the some amenities are spoilt and I don’t seems like fixing it. And be careful of the water tap as it’s easily turn to the hot water. My daughter got burn. Location: very very convenient location with a lot of eateries nearby. Highly recommended 脆皮猪 at 观音桥美食街. Found some shortcut which can avoid up and down escalators. Overall: if you are finding a hotel which is very near to 观音桥美食街, you need to have mentally prepared all hotel is shared building. If you cannot take it, then have to walk further for other branded hotel.

The location is very good, right next to Guanyin Bridge, in the business district, and close to the subway station. . There are a lot of delicious food, the lady at the front desk is very nice, I will come again next time I am on a business trip. .

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everywhere, and the Guanyinqiao business district is just downstairs. The soundproofing is so poor that you can hear everything clearly, whether it's the soundproofing inside the hotel or the street downstairs. The overall environment and hygiene of the apartment building are average.

The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioner, lights in the whole house, and TV can be controlled by Xiaodu intelligently, which is very convenient. Most importantly, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street and the subway station, which is very convenient!

The room is newly renovated and is located in the Sunshine City Building right behind the Guanyin Bridge check-in spot. It is very convenient for travel and the subway station is only a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are all equipped with intelligent voice control and the TV is super large. The downside is that it takes a long time to wait for the elevator to go up and down the stairs, and the sound insulation of the windows is not very good. People with poor sleep quality please consider this.

The lady at the front desk was great. The room was ok except that the smart stuff was not very smart.

After living there for a few days, an old express box was left at the door, and a broken mop was also sticking there. After I finally cleared the box away, a new large express was placed there. I am really confused, doesn’t the hotel have a utility room for storage? Do we have to put these useless things at the guests’ door?

Apart from the beautiful floors of Beichen Hotel, the avant-garde and novel design of the rooms, and the full operation of Xiaodu intelligent voice remote control, the entire building is completely incompatible with the 17-story Beichen Hotel.
