POCO PROFESIONAL
Ha sido una estancia llena de poca profesionalidad.
El servicio de check- in ha sido mediocre y con un chico en la recepción que no está preparado para ese puesto de trabajo.
El servicio de desayuno hubo días en los que no había nadie y no sabíamos cómo pedir lo necesario para desayunar.
Un sitio en una buena ubicación con una gestión muy mala.
Por ahora, no recomiendo este lugar.

Lovely stay in the Tuscan countryside
Lovely restored Tuscan villa and farmhouse. Very comfortable stay. Felt that the people who run it do so with a lot of heart and style. Great value too.

We were a group of 8 people (4 couples). We got the apartments close to each other. The ambiance is soothing. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. They recommended us a restaurant for dinner in Chiusi and even made a table reservation for us. The road leading to the accommodation is in poor condition. Breakfast is typically Italian. You need to indicate on the list of paper what you want for breakfast the next day, but the selection is limited to a few items (croissants, juice, pastries, yogurt and coffee). Breakfast is then brought to your room, but only after 8 a.m., which means you can’t start exploring Tuscany before that. The location is secluded, so there is nothing to do with the surrounding area. There is nothing to do in your free time in the accommodation. Caution is required due to the large wildlife (deer, wild boar) as it can lead to an awkward encounter with your car.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were very kind and helpful. The property and a room was wonderful and accommodating. We were very close to castles that we wanted to see and loved being a bit off the crowded city centers.
The staff recommended the restaurant next-door. That was fabulous! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was even better!
I would highly recommend the restaurant and hotel to anyone!!!

Siamo stati due giorni nel tranquillo e sereno borgo Dolciano accolti dalla gentile e simpatica Arianna … Luogo ben posizionato per visitare le campagne ed i borghi vicini …la piscina immersa nel verde da vero relax E poi un delizioso tagliere al ristorante preparato da Arianna ed un vino indimenticabile!!! Bisogna solo lasciarsi cullare dal posto … Consigiatissimo !!!

Trovato per caso navigando tra le varie offerte .. siamo stati solo una notte, trascorsa benissimo in una doppia ampia, con frigobar, bagno con doccia e letto molto comodo. La struttura é in realtà un piccolo borgo, quindi edifici dislocati ma vicini tra loro . Non abbiamo cenato presso la struttura ma abbiamo fatto un aperitivo molto ben preparato e in un ambiente ristrutturato (come tutto il borgo del resto) con molto gusto e ben inserito nel contesto circostante . Ottima e abbondante colazione con bevande calde preparate al momento . Siamo stati bene, oltretutto facilmente raggiungibile dall’autostrada è comodissimo per visitare i paesini vicini .

La struttura in oggetto si è dimostrata scorretta e poco trasparente. In data 29/3/23 prenoto vacanza di una settimana dal 26/7/23 al 2/08/23 versando caparra di euro 330. Causa seri problemi di salute di mia moglie, mi vedo costretto ad annullare vacanza, accordandomi con il personale della struttura per emissione di un buono speculare alla caparra versata (In allegato Voucher). In data 4/12/2024 mia moglie chiama chiedendo disponibilità per una camera… bene!!! Junior suite disponibile, ci fanno addirittura scegliere in quale avremmo gradito soggiornare. Insomma, è fatta!!! I problemi iniziano quando chiediamo di utilizzare il voucher… “la proprietà considera il buono privo di alcuna validità “, mettendone “tra le righe” in dubbio anche l’autenticità. Mi sento dire, testuali parole “Non emettiamo Voucher con scadenza cosi prolungata e la persona che lo ha emesso non lavora più nella nostra struttura” (bastava farle una telefonata, ho conservato mail e chat whatsapp intrattenute con la stessa). Ricordate:il cliente ha sempre ragione soprattutto quando documenta la veridicità di quanto asserisce con mail,messaggi e voucher stesso!!!Se poi il vostro personale decide autonomamente se e come emettere voucher,beh, questo è un problema vostro. Sono molto amareggiato per quanto accaduto,.In allegato il famoso Voucher… perdersi per 330 euro…
