The River Front Resort

Location, room conditions, housekeeping departments are good while food quality is poor. However there is no view of river. Only name is River Front. Manager and front desk staffs are very polite. However Mr. Ramanand (Restaurant Manager) is very rude and food quality is very poor especially kaju masala, dum aloo kashmiri etc. Green Salad was totally a disaster. Tomato in salad were rotten. It's highly unhygienic. Breakfast was also very very bad. Poha was not fully cooked. I suggest the resort Management to work on the politeness of staff especially Mr. Ramanand and improve the food quality. This type of rude staff and poor food quality will result in downfall of this resort

Rooms are good but construction work was going on in adjacent rooms which was disturbing at times. There was also a marriage party probably at their lawn and there celebration were going on even after 2330hrs , wherein songs and loud music was disturbing.

Location not good Food average. Facilities good

Visited the property the first time in 2021. It was clean and the service was good. Hence booked the same property this year (2025) but the quality has significantly degraded. The room service was extremely poor and so was the physical condition of the property. Same was conveyed to the staff but nothing was done about it.

It is nice place to stay, very good location, staff was very cooperative, food quality was very good, rooms very neat and clean
