Hotel Gut Ising ★★★★

"I think the hotel staff are not used to foreign guests. Mistakes were made on getting my reservation right - saying I had booked for two nights when it was three. The reservation confirmation was confusing because I check out on Tuesday but the billing and breakfast inclusion was only up to the Monday. I received the wrong bill at the Bavarian restaurant. I was advised the Derby restaurant was open, when it was closed. I hired a bicycle for two days but not one staff member had the foresight to imagine I might need to know where the bicycle room is. It would help if they understood the property well and what guests might need. In addition I had to spend time from my busy job trying to arrange a taxi that the staff said would cost a certain amount. When I called the number they advised, it was not correct. This lead to more time being wasted. The property itself was very nice, but I only remember the service quality wherever I go."
