有膠囊咖啡機，喝茶喝咖啡都方便
早餐可以自己烤華夫餅，好吃好玩
最重要的是地理位置好，出門馬路對面公交站，步行去金融街，劇院，雲門，藝術博物館也不遠，非常適合city walk

A person at front desk had an attitude. Water should have been placed in the room instead of asking everytime at front desk. Most of the front desk people behaved like they are doing a favour by giving a water bottle. Need more variety breakfast across days. Room lights are very dim and inefficient for reading or doing work (a small bulb near TV is not suitable for writing/reading on table). No light in opposite side/corner of window. More spread out water flow and bigger shower is required, water flow is about 50% of required, even when compared with showers from other peer/competitor hotels. Coffe/water available 24/7 in common area was lukewarm.

Excellent location, nice and comfortable rooms, good value. Breakfast (free) was plentiful and good. Just know this is a cashless hotel, so if you need to change any money at the front desk you won't be able to.

Our stay at this inner-city Hampton Inn was great! The only frustration during check-in was that the front desk staff would not let us into our rooms even a minute before 4:00! It amazes me that magically all rooms were suddenly ready at that time!! LOL! They did store our luggage for a few hours, which was greatly appreciated. Our rooms were comfortable and similar to the other many Hampton Inn's we have stayed at. The blackout curtains were great, and being on the 18th floor, we didn't hear any street noise. During our 3-night stay, we had a busy itinerary, and we never had a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The location was great, but when we needed an Uber/Lyft, it was always there quickly. When in Chicago again, I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn WestLoop!
