Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

In Chicago for the first time for a concert and to meet a friend. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Really quiet for the amount of people staying there. Room service much appreciated and food was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back!

Our second stay was again fantastic. The location is perfect for what we had planned during our visit. Easy access to multiple trains. Comfortable beds, great view. The best part? The staff. Everyone is super friendly and they went above and beyond to help us with a logistical challenge we experienced.

Staypineapple is consistently good! This was my second stay in Staypineapple Chicago and first in Staypineapple New York. It is a charming hotel - clean, elegant, devoid of the bland big chain experience. The staff were helpful and the room very comfortable.
