Staypineapple, An Iconic Hotel, the Loop Chicago

I had a pleasant stay at Staypineapple. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of town. It was walking distance to major tourist attractions and 2 train stations. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the welcome drink and afternoon cookies and coffee. Highly recommended! 

Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

Another amazing Stay-Pineapple! I stay here every year when I go home to visit Chicago. Can't beat the location and hospitality. But most of all you cannot beat the service and the people. I mentioned that this time I was coming to meet my new grandson to the front desk. The same person has checked me in all 5 years and I'm so sorry and upset that I cannot remember his name right now. But apparently he told someone and when I came back to my room on Saturday afternoon, there was a present on my door. It contained a cute onesie that said " I can't wait to meet you Grandma " on it. And it had little socks and candy. I was so taken aback by this thoughtful gesture. This is the way that a hotel should treat its guest; like their family. I tell everyone I know about this chain and I hope that everyone gets to experience the hospitality and family orientation of Staypineapple.

This hotel is in the beautiful Reliance Building, which is iconic on its own. It's location is perfectly central so almost everything we did was walkable. However, the best part of our stay was the staff, who were SO nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
