Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop Reviews

Great location for west loop and fulton market. All bars, restaurants and even grocery store within walking distance. The rooms are a little bit dated but everything is clean and the bed very comfy.

Don’t want to say anything more. My daughter found a cockroach at a $300 hotel. Won’t be booking this again.

Comfortable rooms, that are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I love the Rye restaurant, as their bagels and breakfasts are delicious. The complimentary coffee and water in the lobby is also a nice touch.

The location is excellent, right on the edge of Chicago Financial City, an 8-minute walk to the Sears Tower, and a short bridge to the Chicago Center. The rooms are OK, but a little old, and the lobby is basically at the level of a domestic homestay. In other words, Crowne Plaza is basically a three-star hotel in the United States, and has nothing to do with the five-star hotels in China.

Clean and tidy, with complete facilities

The hotel is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and the transportation is convenient. It is close to the intersection of the expressway, and within 50 meters is a food supermarket and electrical appliance store. It is convenient to buy food and daily necessities. The hotel has a high cost performance.
