Facilities: As an old-school 5-star hotel in Chicago, the rooms are incredibly spacious! That's a huge plus! The gym is decent, but the pool is tiny, more like a kiddie pool. Cleanliness: The daily housekeeping was pretty good; I didn't notice any issues. Environment: The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Millennium Park and the museums. The restaurant on the second floor and the coffee bar on the first floor were both quite nice, and the food quality was good. Service: The service was very friendly, and both the front desk and reception staff were excellent.

The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is super central, which means you have to find parking yourself. Parking is a real issue when staying at hotels in downtown Chicago, with daily rates typically around $60-65.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was exactly as expected. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location, safe and convenient in the city center. Service was just okay; the staff weren't very enthusiastic, especially the luggage handlers who seemed quite unmotivated. Even though we booked an executive suite, breakfast wasn't included, and we couldn't access the executive lounge even during regular hours. If you're booking for multiple nights, be sure to check the daily rates as they can vary. Overall, very poor value for money.

The room is super spacious with two large beds, offering plenty of space. The decor is high-quality, and the location is incredibly convenient. Cloud Bean and Glorious One Kilometer are within walking distance, and there are tons of dining options outside, ranging from local eats to McDonald's and 7-Eleven, all within 50 steps. Very satisfied!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium Park, Broadway theaters, and more.

The hotel has an excellent location with plenty of parking nearby. It was very convenient to walk to my destination. The check-in process was smooth; I arrived around 2 PM and my room was ready. The room itself was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent. The restaurant on the second floor was great, and I highly recommend their truffle pizza – it was delicious!

This place was excellent, however I did have an issue with the bar. The overall stay was great, the rooms were very spacious and the bath TUB was BIG.

Pretty good. It's right next to Willis Tower, and there's even a swimming pool downstairs.
