Located just a 4-minute walk from the Metra station, providing easy access to downtown Chicago, and 1 mile from the beautiful Lake Michigan beach, our apartment is the perfect place to call home while exploring everything that the city has to offer. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the last one has a full sized bed. The unit is on the second floor so you have amazing light throughout and a great view of the street below. There is no designated parking spot, though there is ample free street parking available. Our home is nestled in a friendly and welcoming community. While we aim to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing stay, please note that this is a shared building, and you may occasionally hear sounds from the wonderful neighbors upstairs. They are typically very quiet and respectful, but light noise can occur from time to time. We believe in full transparency and want to ensure that your expectations are met. Rest assured, the neighbors are kind and understanding, and we’ve rarely experienced any disruptions.
