It's not worth the price of 4000RMB per night. I chose this room because it is close to the venue. Requested a room away from the elevator when booking, but was given a room right next to the elevator. Is that intentional? The bed was too soft and collapsed, making sleeping very uncomfortable. No one answered the phone at the front desk even at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I called five or six times before someone answered. I asked for a toothbrush and slippers, and they agreed. But they were not delivered until I called again the next day. The buffet breakfast had very few varieties and was not changed at all in four days. Poor service, very bad hotel experience!

I was going to run the Chicago Marathon. The room availability in Chicago was very tight that week, so I chose Marriott, which I would not normally consider. However, this unique experience made me realize that a good hotel is still necessary when traveling. Not to mention the clean and spacious house, good decoration details and service, the Michigan Lake across the room will make you feel relaxed and happy! It's so beautiful

I left my earrings in the room, and the hotel said they didn't have them... They were clearly on the bedside table.

I chose this hotel for a business trip, but I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast, which is very impressive with its wide variety of choices. Remember to book breakfast as well.

The breakfast, which opens at 7am, is delicious. Even Japanese people with particular food preferences could enjoy it. There are no mugs or other amenities in the room. We could see the sunset from our room.

Parking costs 54 per night but I was charged 99.71. I don't know where the charges came from. I didn't order any paid items in the hotel. I brought my own water but they charged me 6 dollars. They said I drank their water which is not even the same brand as the hotel's. They charge me so much. I am speechless.

When I came to Chicago, where the temperature was -25 degrees Celsius, I visited the nearby Millennium Park. I also took a walk and discovered that Trump Tower, the biggest celebrity building, has a large flat floor with a very high price.
