我們選擇的是禁煙房，但是一點作用都沒有！煙味從抽風口進來，別人在房間在吸煙，我們的房間就煙霧彌漫，嗆到眼水直流。還有就是馬桶超髒，有嘔吐物乾掉的污垢，好嘔心！所以我們直接換酒店不在那裡過夜，錢都白花。

因為離高鐵站近，一嗨取車方便訂的這家酒店，衞生狀況比較失望，2個房間桌上都有頭髮，被套有黃色污漬，地毯有煙洞，污漬和碎屑，顯得比較邋遢，和圖片區別比較大。投訴後2個房間各送了2瓶水，工作人員還説要2塊錢1瓶呢，感覺處理的多虧一樣，懶得爭執，但凡到的早一點，都會換地方住。隔音也很差，早餐種類不多但是能吃飽。

房間寬敞，2張1.5大床很好。衞生間也寬鬆，服務工作人員態度挺好的，還要求壓一百元做按金。希望能在衞生間或沖淋房內按裝一扶手，方便長者有扶手安全，不易摔倒。
