房間乾淨舒適，配備齊全，地理位置很好，位於明清石板街上，出行遊玩極為方便！老闆人特別熱情，服務很周到，退房當天車出了點故障，老闆開電動車過來接我們去修車行找師傅，真心感謝，祝民宿生意興隆，財源茂盛！

民宿就在羊樓洞石板橋裏面，離圓通寺和雷家大院很近，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便，老闆夫婦人都很好，會親自出來帶我們到免費的停車位。民宿很乾凈，一張大床一張小床，很適合一家人住，關鍵是很安靜，可以睡個好覺。

差評！拉黑！家人今天早上才跟我説一件事，我太憤怒了。事情經過是這樣的：我們全家初三定了5間房，801房凌晨3點樓上漏水、掉石灰，標準間的其中一張床透濕，衣服褲子襪子都濕了。家人為了不影響其它人休息（所以我今天才知道這件事），第二天上午老闆起床才跟他們説，老闆説：“你們辦什麼半夜不叫我們？對不起，我們以後改進，我們以後修好”。家人説：“修好是對下面的客人負責，你對我們有什麼交代”？老闆：“退50元”。家人：“這間房180元”……老闆各種推脱和辯解，最後退了80元，不到房費的一半。家人為了旅途愉快，沒有在糾結。這樣的民宿你敢去住？民宿靠什麼才能長久，自己好好想想。
