Stayed for two days and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean, well-located in Chiang Rai City, and easily accessible. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Huge room, good service from staff who took initiative to help us carry our luggage up to 3rd floor as there's no lift. The hotel looks new and clean overall. The shower pressure can be better.

The hotel and the staff were fine. But we couldn’t sleep at all since there was a car alarm ringing all night. I guess the hotel’s windows weren’t that good. Breakdown wasn’t good either

Very clean and new hotel in a quiet residential area. It’s a bit far from the town center if you don’t have a car but there’s plenty of parking for those that do. A ten-minute walk gets you to a number of popular riverside restaurants. A good choice if you like peaceful surroundings and less than 15 minutes by cab to the airport. 

Hotel is clean. Consider not bad in Chiang rai with price. But no lift in hotel. Hotel staff will help guest to carry their luggage.

Overall really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the room and bathroom had everything we needed. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. A little out of the main area so do need to rely on taxis or bikes. Would recommend :)

We stayed at Family room with 2 king beds which can accommodate 4 persons. Even though we expected 2 master bedroom with attached toilet each, there was just one shared toilet for 4 persons. Expect for that, everything is nice.

Special request was 1 vegetarian, but food was not prepared on the first day but on the second day, it was prepared one dish.

We stayed here recently, and while the room was big, it felt a bit bare, there wasn’t much furniture, just one bedside table and no proper chair - only a stool. There was no coffee or kettle in the room, but you can get free hot water at the café downstairs (just ask for it) and purchase instant coffee packets, or get a fresh brewed coffee for a fair price. The room had windows at the front and back, but only the one facing the walkway had an insect screen, which was odd since it doesn’t offer any privacy when the window and curtains are open. The back window opened onto an open field, but has no screen. The curtains were about 80% light-blocking, so the room stayed dim after sunrise. The beds were comfy, but the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and slow, we had to use our mobile phone data to get decent speeds. Parking is limited, and all the spaces were taken by 8 PM, so plan ahead if you’re driving. There was quite a lot of construction noise starting around 9 AM, but considering it was shortly after the floods, it’s understandable they needed to do repairs. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you don’t mind a few quirks, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
