We had a wonderful stay! The room was surprisingly large and spotless, much appreciated after a long journey. Little touches like the free shampoo, soap, snacks, and coffee really made a difference. The inclusion of a microwave and a water heater was a huge plus a rarity in hotels, and incredibly convenient. But what truly stood out was the staff; everyone was so welcoming and helpful, making our stay extra enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay. It’s quite old, but it’s a solid option for a low price. The area is decent, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. The air conditioning was clean, and there were no issues with leaving luggage.

Good place for staying for this price , not so far from old city.

It was a decent stay, a value for money. I wish staff were more communicated, they should tell the guest that the room would only be cleaned if the "cleaning" sign was hanged by the guest. The location is ok - lots of good places nearby. I dont have much problem with noise as mentioned in other reviews. Will consider staying here again if i go to Chiang Mai again.

Hotel is situated in good location and in the piece are of the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. I think bedsheets are a bit old, but they are clean. Room was cleaned daily. Do not expect much for such an available price in a touristy city. In general, we had very good stay. I recommend.

Pros: - The cost is budget-friendly. - The room is clean and spacious enough for comfort. - Staff are friendly. - Location is great. - Free snacks Cons: - Some dogs around the hotel were barking in the early morning. It's not the hotel's fault, but it was still annoying. - wi-fi connection is slow and not stable.

Everything was perfect! Stuff was very helpful and kind, thanks the receptionist cute girl and the housekeeping stuff!

Not a bad hotel, but it already looks not relevant and tired. If you consider how to just take a shower and sleep, okay. But no more.

This is a very good place friendly clean supportive staff. It’s just not too convenient for walks to shopping or to food except there is a 7-Eleven within 20 m that’s about it. Everything else you need to order a driver to take you places.

1. Outstanding location. It is in close proximity to marketplaces, local food stalls, and restaurants. 2. Security workers on duty at night to keep an eye on clients' automobiles. 3. Simple check-in and check-out processes. 4. The room is clean and roomy. It's my first option whenever I stay in Chiang Mai's downtown area.

Big room for king bed and have AC. Close to 7/11.

Just okay, not bad for the price.

Very supportive staff. Nice and intimate. I suggest renting a motorbike if you choose this destination.
