Not a hotel, very bad service but the room was nice and the location was great for my purposes.

The location is good. No car park. The wall in room look old.

The room is very tidy and the cleaner also help tidying the room. can check-in at midnight. But found three cockroaches even staying at the highest floor, the drain in the bathroom is not working well. there is no car parking space.

The room is old and very dirty. It should be renovated urgently. The air conditioner is full of dust and mold. 🤮 Not worth the price at all😭 Self-check-in is also difficult. It takes a long time to wait. The code sent is not correct. Many things need to be improved.

Opposite the east gate of Chiang Mai University. Express hotel with great location, close to the university and Dongmen Night Market. There was no front desk staff and it took a long time to find someone. No one found the key when I returned it. The price is super cheap, and you can stay there temporarily for one night.

Convenient, there is a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley. In front of the alley is Chiang Mai University, which is very good.

It's a very quiet place. The university night market is right next to it. It's a very suitable place to live for solo travelers.

The room is very good and clean. The service is good. Most importantly, there is a young lady named Som. The room is not very wide but it is good. I can recommend it.

The location is very good, very close to Chiang Mai University and the intersection, but there is no check-in check-out throughout the whole journey. It is suitable for young people who understand Thai or English to stay casually. The room is so-so, but it's okay for one night's stay

 Service: I didn’t see anyone in this hotel. Must understand English or Thai. There is no Chinese service. Like a self-service private house.
