The location is great. The staffs are very friendly. The room is quite spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One comment: the wall is a little thin so you might be able to hear the sound of your neighbours.

Strategic location, near shopping center. Clean room. Cons: Electrical panel often beeps, almost every time, very noisy, disturbing sleep. Electricity voltage also often fluctuates. Reception staff some are fluent & some are not fluent in English. Restaurant staff are the worst, barely understand English at all, difficult to order food. Airport shuttle provided, a bit expensive but the car is decent & efficient.

New, clean hotel, conveniently located, all the necessary infrastructure nearby (shopping center, exchange offices, coffee shop, fruit shops, bus stop), you can have a hearty breakfast in the hotel restaurant (cost about 300 soms)

In winter, when the heating is turned on, the room smells quite strong. The decoration materials are not environmentally friendly. It feels like it will make you faint.

Excellent hotel, located in the very center next to the Central Department Store, large rooms!

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, close to the center and shopping center. I liked the cafe nearby with national cuisine.

Generally I don't consider staying again.

the hotel is located next to the shopping center and GUM and TSUM i.e. in the center choice of 6 types of breakfast for 3 USD breakfasts are delicious the rooms are large I recommend the only thing is that they don’t do registration

Is the coastline okay?

Brilliant hotel. Friendly and attentive English-speaking staff who helped with our luggage on arrival and arranged a taxi for our onward journey on departure. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was huge and very comfortable indeed. The whole hotel is decorated and furnished to a high standard and a great deal of thought has clearly gone into its design. The location is fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere from it. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would have happily stayed for longer.

So much is different to what is advertised on the booking system. Free airport shuttles do not exist, the room advertises 700 and when we asked reception to book a taxi we were quoted 1000. Not the loyalty you expect as a paying guest! Breakfast is also reported to be free on the booking system, no such thing at the hotel! The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom light did not turn off which we didn’t notice until we tried to turn the lights out, too late for a room swap or trying to get it fixed! Best advice is to check what you are getting before booking and paying.

This hotel has failed to update its information on TripAdviser. There is no free breakfast offer, or free airport transport. Airport transfers are 700 SOM each way, and the cafe next door sells breakfast. This could all be innocent enough had it not been for the front desk trying to insist that the taxi driver had just put his prices up to 1000 SOM. Not at all: turns out this is a hotel owned and run minivan so some pocket-lining was going on. We insisted on 700 SOM. Perfectly reasonable rooms albeit our TV wouldn’t work in the morning, the bathroom light wouldn’t switch off overnight, very soft bed, and the non-smoking rooms are next to the smoking lounge which isn’t clever. So overall; something of a bad taste left in several ways.

We stayed at centrum hotel for 2 nights , our room was so spacious and clean but the air condition had a problem and they couldn’t fix it so the rooms temperature wasn’t so pleasant , but the room service was ok and the staff was so polite and friendly . The hotel location was very good and there was a big mall next to hotel and a KFC branch and many choices of street foods.
