The hotel is nice. They have the normal Marriott breakfast. The beds were comfortable. They don’t provide individual shampoo, conditioner and lotion but rather use the refill containers in the shower. (Not what I prefer) I was a little disappointed with the cleaning in the restroom. There were several hairs in the shower and a few small rubber bands on the restroom floor. Cleaning needs to pay attention to detail more.

I stayed here one night on my way west. The hotel fairly recent construction. It is out of the city near the highway with some other fairly new chain hotels. The hotel is not downtown. There is an Outback Steakhouse within walking distance, otherwise you will have to drive for you meals. Check-in was a breeze. The room was quiet. I thought the bed was too soft, but others might like it. Breakfast was quite nice. It was easy to get back on the highway again the next morning.

Dirty room, Dirty Bedding, Dirty shower curtain. Bedding was clearly not washed.Asked for replacements and replacements were also dirty! Missing smoke detector! Hotel was unfazed by this despite several attempts on my end, I was not able to speak with the hotel manager.

Our family of three stayed here for two nights during Cheyenne Frontier Days. The location is great, but for ~$500 per night, it's not worth the price. They also did not provide daily housekeeping services during our stay. No waters provided at check in, no extra towels as requested via the app and no housekeeping services really made this hotel not worth the cost. Next year we will find another option.

My friend and I went on a trip out west starting in South Carolina, and we stayed here along the way. I cannot say enough good things about Diana, the front desk receptionist. She was so helpful to us and she was so kind. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised at how specious it was and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so great, Diana.

It was disappointing that we couldn't open the door for the pool, but the breakfast was really good for my kids and I!
