Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

The property boasts an excellent, friendly service, great pool, convenient location near highways and amenities, and complimentary, delicious breakfast. Guests appreciate its cleanliness and maintenance.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2025. We accepted an early check in at the hotel, but quickly discovered that the room was very unclean. It seemed that the front desk and cleaning team had not coordinated on the room’s readiness. In the room: The carpet had not been properly vacuumed in a very long time, with hair, lint and other debris clearly visible. Also, the furniture has not been moved to allow vacuuming right to the edge of the room. The surfaces of the wooden furniture and lamp bases need to be thoroughly wiped over. When we walked in we quickly noticed the refrigerator had not been cleared of items left by a previous guest and the surfaces needed to be wiped to remove mess. (Staff promptly assisted with this). The refrigerator desperately needs to be defrosted. Next, we identified there was no toilet paper (none!), no tissues and no water glasses/cups. Again, the staff assisted. The coffee maker has no jug, not that you could make coffee unless you brought your own supplies. We noticed the housekeeping advice provided with the keys says full housekeeping is not being provided “ to help save energy”. We see this as a shocking trade off as the hotel has sacrificed cleanliness, which we found unforgivable. We cannot recommend this hotel at all.
