Unbelievably bad service from the front desk lady. Think she is manager. No greeting, seem like she angry for us wanting to pay money for a room. Room was clean kind of but lots of things needed fixed. Breakfast is made up of a few hot things, nothing special.

I do not recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Usually, I don’t complain about hotels, but this one truly deserved it. My stay was nothing short of a horror show. Service: ANGELA, the general manager, is one of the most incompetent guest relations staff I have ever encountered. She is rude, extremely temperamental, and clearly lacks the knowledge or skills to be in this position, even for a low-quality hotel. Employees are often seen outside smoking and chatting instead of working at the front desk. They couldn’t even cheking me out on a right date which is I’m making a formal complaint on Choice. Facilities: The property is terrible and should be categorized as a motel. It is very poorly managed (unsurprisingly). The breakfast is minimal and served on dirty tables. The place feels unsafe, with sketchy people wandering around at night. It’s also extremely noisy, with constant truck traffic from the road. The carpet smells awful, and the towels and sheets are old and worn out. They couldn’t even cheking me out on a right date which is I’m making a formal complaint on Choice.

Do NOT stay at this property if you have a reservation during a busy event in Cheyenne, as they do NOT honor reservation rates made on the Choice Privileges website. I had a reservation made 11 1/2 months in advance for Frontier Days, at an average rate of $117.72 per night. When signing the electronic guest register, I thought I was signing the rate for 3 nights, but they had changed the rate to $320 PER NIGHT!!! When I noticed the online credit card charge two days later, complained at the desk, but the general manager did not work weekends. When GM Angela Bryson called on Monday, she was VERY rude. Said I had signed the guest register, and that’s what I had to pay. Didn’t listen to that I had a reconfirming email 5 days prior to arrival with the rate listed. The way she acted, I’m assuming she was in on this scam! I have disputed the overcharge of $706, and am also copying this review wherever I can, as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. If they also tried to scam you, please all file your reviews and elsewhere. I’m watching for other reviews, as this could be worthy further action

Nice place. Didn’t feel secure
Someone with a key tried to gain entry to my room in the morning (with swing bar latch on) TWICE, NO knock. Not housekeeping, as there was no cart outside. Not ok. Tried to make myself some in-room coffee, but all 4 coffee packets were decaf. Not sure what is going on at this hotel, but I’m glad the BS happened in the morning, or I would have lost sleep. I brought up the attempted entry to the front desk staff. She said something about an employee checking “sheets”? Something was definitely out of order, and i feel like the “corporate office” will never know. Shame, because otherwise the place was nice and clean for the price, with decent breakfast. I just need to know someone won’t be entering my room to feel safe. Major fail..that security breach.

The only thing this place really has going for it is easy access to the interstate. What I would've expected from a budget hotel problem was theu charged a premium price. Stayed at a hotel in Provo UT the night before paid half as mich and the hotel was far superior.

NO WIFI!!!!!!
Everything was going well…until we tried to get in the WiFi to work. We had absolutely NO WIFI the entire time. We were told that “someone” was working on it…but obviously that was unsuccessful. Very inconvenient!!

Great staff, older rooms
The water pressure was very low and it was definitely an older property. The hardest part was the bed. The edges were soft, and the two of us I almost fell out of it. It needed replacement. It was an older place. The staff however, was amazing. I’m actually writing the manager to complement them
