After a long day of driving, this property was just what we needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Room was standard size, with sufficient space to move around comfortably. Hot water pressure was excellent. A/C worked well. Staff was kind and courteous. Perfect for a one night stay of rest.

This is the nicest BW I’ve ever been to! Staff at 2AM was amazing! Absolutely an awesome experience! This hotel is probably the cleanest and well appointed room I’ve ever had. The receptionist was very pleasant, even at 2 AM. I think I received an upgrade without asking!

Once again Best Western hit the mark with this place. The price was reasonable especially since we had pets with us. There is a ton of parking for vehicles pulling trailers or boats. Everything was clean and in working order and even though there was a couple bus loads of kids staying there it was reasonably quiet. There are options for food nearby.

The actual stay at the hotel was very pleasant however the aftermath of the multiple duplicate charges has been awful to resolve. As of today I am still waiting on a refund for 2 duplicate overcharges for a pet fee that I have been charged for now 3 times. I was initially charged twice for the holding deposit, one for 80 and one for 87 which I was then charged 30 dollars twice on the 24th. I immediately contacted the hotel when this happened and the manager said that they would refund it , though it would take a few days to show up, reasonable except the refund still has not shown up. Then inexplicably two weeks after my stay I was charged again for 30.00, when I called the hotel about this the person I spoke to was rude, talked over me, said there was nothing they could do, would not give me an email address for the hotel where I could send proof of the 3 transactions and told me I was wrong multiple times in the conversation. I honestly would’ve probably let the whole thing go given the small dollar amount if she had not been so rude. And I always try to be understanding of people who work in a customer service facing position, they are hard jobs. She was downright condescending and mean while I was trying to explain the situation calmly and directly. At the end of the call she said that her manager would call me the next morning first thing because there was nothing she could do about it which was fine, I hadn’t heard by midday so I called, the person who answered the phone this time was very nice and understanding, however I wanted to talk with the manager, I was told she would call me back in 30 minutes, well it’s the next day and I’m still waiting for that phone call….

New and very nice hotel. Lobby and room decor are great. All amenities included (appreciate the smart TV!) but no USB ports and the pillows are too hard. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't very good and the grounds are unappealing. It's a pet friendly hotel. Clean, safe, convenient, and affordable place to stay when visiting Cheyenne.

Nice Room, Poor Service
The biggest reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. No offer of a discount, no prior warning, no options for public pools or other activities. Facility maintenance is expected, but not offer any sort of compensation or warning is unacceptable.
In addition, the representative at the front desk was on their phone during check-in; they had to be addressed before looking up to assist.
The breakfast was good (nothing special), and the rooms were nice. Single elevator was very slow.

Staff was amazing! Very Quiet property.
Though, the pool & hot tub was out of service... it was a huge disappointment.
