The hotel is new and clean, the front desk is very friendly and the breakfast is good. The gym is not good, too small and has no equipment

My family stayed here 6/30/2025 and left an Apple Watch on the bed early in the morning (before normal checkout). We could see location of the watch when realized it was missing and called hotel immediately upon realizing it was there. We were told that hotel could not find it. As it appears it was stolen by a Best Western employee from the room and turned off, I tried for over two weeks to get a call back from the general manager. When we talked, I was informed by the General Manager Jamie that it was not the hotels responsibility even when describing this was a possible theft by an employee. I was concerned by the lack of accountability of the staff and lack of concern by the General Manager. I have and will continue to stay at Best Western hotels except this one.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times since August 2024. My room was always clean and everything worked. I used the room only as a place to sleep as I was always busy all day long and into the evening. There are always small things to point out that don't meet what I expect, but overall a good experience. The sheer and black-out curtains are great and they do close all the way. I stay three nights at a time.

Hotel lobby is under construction but room was spacious and nice. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was a nice grab n go style due to construction.

They did have a few issues they had construction going on worked till like 7 o’clock, which I think is unacceptable air-conditioning in one room didn’t work, but the staff was very friendly room was extremely clean, but they were understaffed, but they handle the issue very well

New and very nice hotel. Lobby and room decor are great. All amenities included (appreciate the smart TV!) but no USB ports and the pillows are too hard. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't very good and the grounds are unappealing. It's a pet friendly hotel. Clean, safe, convenient, and affordable place to stay when visiting Cheyenne.
