The hygiene in the room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, the bathroom is clean, and the temperature of the hot water is very suitable. There is a gym on the 7th floor with new equipment. They also have a conference room, which is very suitable for holding events. The TV in the room can be projected, which is very convenient. The service of the hotel staff is very good. Miss Xixi is very enthusiastic. She helped me take the luggage up. I have lived in their house before. I think their high-end king-size bed room is very good. There will be a small living room. The washbasin and bed are separate. The double bed I stayed in this time also felt very good. Excellent stay with a pleasant staff and comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and well-appointed, good-functioning bathroom. The two superior 2 bed rooms that we booked were perfect for our family of four. The free clothes washer facilities were also very welcome, easy to use, and well-kept - great for our week long stay. The breakfast was good - mostly Chinese food with some European foods like toast and cereal. Unfortunately they didn’t have forks and knives for our kids to use, but that wasn’t too big a deal. The exercise room could use some maintenance as the treadmill was not functioning when we tried it. The location is also conveniently located right next to the orthopedic hospital metro station. In summary, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chengdu that wants to be in this general area. Great value and a great stay.
