The shower drain was incredibly efficient, clearing water three times faster than my own at home, and the high-thread-count bedding was so luxurious you could clearly discern the fabric weave. What really impressed me was the front desk thoughtfully providing disinfectant wipes – a truly considerate touch. Upon entering the lobby, a serene piano melody welcomed us, and the room's lighting system was incredibly user-friendly, offering three adjustable modes. Late at night, I discovered the breathtaking river view, beautifully complemented by the city's glow outside the window – absolutely stunning! It was then I truly understood the designers' concept of a superior living experience. I had always thought trendy 'influencer' hotels were all hype and no substance, until I was gently awakened by the smart toilet's morning mode. The mattress, designed with different firmness zones, completely rejuvenated my aching back. Turndown service even included an adorable mini panda, and they thoughtfully provided an earplug kit. Our room also came with local snacks, and the front desk offered a hand-drawn map featuring hidden local gems. A concierge we met in the elevator enthusiastically recommended three fantastic food routes that bypassed tourist traps. When they noticed we had a baby, they proactively offered a crib, complete with toys. The cleaning staff even fashioned an 'army' of towel animals, which ingeniously inspired my child to tidy up their own toys! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the old city skyline, and on clear nights, church spires and skyscrapers could be seen together. The hotel also provided a beautifully curated book on etiquette, with both Chinese and English versions. Its prime downtown location was superb, making everything easily accessible. Furthermore, expansive windows offered clear views of distant mountains. We were delightfully surprised to find that the hotel offers rooms in three distinct styles. The front desk staff provided such a detailed introduction that I'm already looking forward to trying a different style on my next stay – a truly impressive attention to detail! The front desk was also incredibly proactive in anticipating and providing all necessary amenities for our child. Overall, the experience was extraordinary, making our Chengdu trip absolutely perfect!
