STARWAY Hotels in Chengdu

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration style is my favorite type, fresh and elegant, the service is also very good, every step from check-in to check-out makes people feel at home. The attitude of the service staff is friendly, professional and thoughtful. Whether it is check-in or solve various needs, they always smile and respond quickly. The layout and facilities of the room are also very human, the beds are comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and people feel the warmth of home.

It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it.

Positives: The rooms are really good looking and clean. The location is great - a lovely area to walk around and explore. The staff are very polite and kind. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Very strong AC. Really large room sizes. Negatives: NOISY!!! Always noisy - day and night. There is construction on the fourth floor. There is music playing in the hall all day and all night which you can hear in the room (especially if you are in a room where the speaker is directly outside the door). There is no sound proofing and you can hear people in the other rooms across the hall and people shouting in the hall. Aiyi didn’t make the bed - just gave new towels and water - I thought this was a little strange? Bar is limited.

The room is spacious and can hold several pieces of luggage. It is clean and sanitary. The service is thoughtful. The robot delivery is safer and more reliable. The only drawback is that the toilet flushes loudly, and if there are multiple family members staying, they will disturb each other's rest.

Starway Hotel is located in the ancient city, very close to Nanqiao and surrounding attractions. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, which will not make tourists bored. The hotel does not look impressive from the outside, and the front desk on the first floor is relatively simple, but the staff are very familiar with the surrounding tourist information. Arriving at the accommodation floor, you will feel refreshed. The decoration is simple and fresh, the room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and diverse. It is definitely a cost-effective hotel. Highly recommended! ! ! ! !

酒店地理位置很好，找到非常方便。入住那天給了迎賓禮，房間空間很大，樓層很高，外面的景色也很好，本身定的大床房但樓層很低，説了一下就給免費升級到了家庭房，還免費提供早餐卷。退房當天還給我免費延遲退房了。

因為定得比較早，後面再看價格就漲了（因為那天有考試），然後我也去得比較晚，最終安排了個最角落的房間。。。。然後花灑有問題，另外兩個地方飆水出來，然後洗漱台左下角，靠近凹陷那裡有別人的血漬還是啥。。。其他方面倒是沒啥。

The front desk of the hotel is professional, and the hotel is located above the 19th floor. The windows in my room were not sealed very well, and the vibration of the outdoor air conditioner was a bit annoying. Feedback has been given and it should be improved in the future. The room is spacious and clean. The toothbrush is very soft. This is a good review. It is much better than the Intercontinental brush. Breakfast was good, especially the specialty chicken noodle soup.

There are two reasons for choosing this Star City hotel. First, the room layout and hardware decoration are very simple, and the warm colors make people feel comfortable. Second, the service can be said to be very considerate. I have stayed in other hotels, but this one gives me the feeling of really attentive service. I said that this is my first time in Chengdu, and the beautiful lady at the front desk patiently explained many places in Chengdu to me in detail, and told me how to go upstairs and so on.
