Hotels with Parking in Chengdu

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. It's super clean. And I like the concept of robots going around to deliver things. It made food ordering very easy too. Will come again

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

We booked one night as our travel plan to other area was not possible. We are very impressed with the building quality, maintenance, floorplan that even bathroom areas are carefully designed and executed. Everything looks new, gym, pool, spa; selection of shower gel and shampoo that are refreshing, tasty coffee pods provided too. Our biggest regret even until the point we checked out is that we only booked one night. We should have booked more days, something that we will do when returning to Chengdu.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

The hotel environment is good! The waiters are warm and thoughtful! The location is also good and the transportation is convenient! The price is not expensive! The hygiene is also OK! The service attitude is standard! It is worth recommending! ! There is also laundry service! It is great! As soon as you enter the door, you can see the waiter smiling and greeting the auntie who cleans very actively! Take the initiative to ask if you need to clean! The front desk service is very good and worthy of praise!

This hotel is really a cozy nest during the trip! The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, which makes people sleep well. The front desk staff Rice and Marin are considerate, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The location is convenient, the surrounding environment is very good, there are many good restaurants, cinemas and shopping malls, and parking is very convenient. It is cost-effective and I will choose this place next time. I highly recommend it to my friends!

We loved the Perfect Hotel! Staff was accommodating and professional. The breakfast and coffee/tea selections were wonderful. Great location near many of Chengdu’s attractions.

The hotel facilities were fine and clean except for a faint but noticeable cigarette smell. We checked in around 11pm so we made up with it. We picked this hotel because it was not far from the Panda Base and it was indeed convenient to go. There is good street food options around. The breakfast terrace is pretty enjoyable as well although food is average. The main issue is that as foreigners, we used our passports to check in. But then they called our room at 2.30am saying there was a problem with our check in. When I asked if it could wait till morning (since we had checked in a few hours ago already) they said it was not possible. They then came to knock at our door. After a good deal of explanations (in Chinese) which they didn't want to listen, we got back to sleep. But we didnt sleep well as we were distressed by this incident. Apparently the hotel was not well aware of the visa-free policy applying to us. This in itself is understandable but waking us up to check is not acceptable. They should have come to us before we got to sleep.
