Kempinski Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. We booked an executive suite, and checking in directly at the executive lounge in the afternoon was very smooth. Considering we were traveling with our child, the two lovely front desk ladies, Alina Xu and Clare Deng, helped us secure a room upgrade to a suite with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room's cleanliness was exceptional, and the two young ladies enthusiastically recommended great places to visit around the hotel, which was very thoughtful. We absolutely loved the room's design and color scheme. The view from the room was fantastic, especially at night, overlooking the bustling city. The city's vibrancy didn't disturb our rest at all, thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The swimming pool was very clean and unique. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious food that satisfied the tastes of our family of three. The glass-top design of the elevator was very distinctive. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.
