Great location and access. The rooms are very clean, modern and have a touch of a Japanese style. Compared to other hotels the room was a bit small but still enough space for a couple to stay. Can recommend to anyone. A big plus was that you could wash you laundry for free.

Stayed 1 night for Jessie J concert. It's very convenient. Just 10-15 mins walk away from the concert hall. I like the hotel for being next to a big mall. It's got everything to keep me occupied before the concert. Good supply of water and fresh fruits as welcome token. I'll stay here again for future concerts. China has smoking culture so remember to request for no smoking rooms.

Near metro station to get everywhere. Good location for interests.

The Chengdu Blue Horizon Royal Hotel was an amazing experience! The "Royal" design embodies quality, with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms were spotless, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. The environment was elegant and quiet, and the lobby was grand and warm, making for a truly relaxing experience. The location is perfect, with convenient transportation nearby, making travel incredibly hassle-free. I especially want to praise our housekeeper, Feifei. She proactively communicated with us in advance, not only planning the best transportation routes but also thoughtfully adjusting the room's orientation. She was incredibly responsive and responsive to every request. From check-in to check-out, we were meticulously cared for. Such exceptional service is a real plus! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Sadly, this will probably be my last stay at this hotel. I've stayed at your hotel about ten times over the years, but since my stay in August of last year, I've felt the service has significantly declined, to the point of complete non-existence. This experience was terrible!!! First, I requested quietness when booking, but was given a room across from a building undergoing renovations. The hotel staff suggested simply closing the window would be enough! What kind of solution is that? I ended up changing rooms, and it was quieter. Secondly, because I was staying for a couple of days, I called the service center and the front desk at noon the next day to request room cleaning, but no one answered. I went to the front desk at 1:30 PM to request cleaning and returned two hours later. The room wasn't cleaned. I called the service center, but they said they were busy and didn't have my room serviced. Then the manager came and said I had set the Do Not Disturb button, so they didn't come. I was speechless. Finally, two managers came with a small gift and a sincere apology. I accepted the apology. However, your hotel will no longer be on my list of hotels for my next stay, and I won't be proud to recommend it to friends or clients! It feels like the management has changed since last year, and the service has plummeted. It feels like there's been almost no training. The blue ocean is really gone.

The room is quite spacious, the service is good, parking is convenient, and it is very close to the ring road exit. It is a hotel brand under the Blue Ocean Group. Although the Blue Ocean Group has some operational problems, the service is good and there is no impact. I recommend it to friends passing through Chengdu!

Lanhai Yuhua is a very cost-effective hotel. I have stayed there for many days before. This time I needed to stay nearby, so I came to this hotel again. This time, since I only stayed for a few hours, I booked an ordinary room, which was not bad.
