The location is perfect. The roof commands excellent view of Lisbon. However both the lobby , the corridor n common areas are too small. Breakfast ok. Only the location is 5 star. Others not more than 4

Hotel staff are very accommodating and nice to deal with, even as hotel lobby is very small and so are the rooms. If one has big luggages, they can hardly fit in a standard room.

I really enjoyed it and they gave me late checkout as requested.

The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go shopping nearby. The room is clean, but relatively small. It is difficult to open two large pieces of luggage. Breakfast is on the rooftop with a city view.

The hotel is in a great location and has good facilities. Good breakfast

Very close to the subway. Very gentle attitude. When checking in, the attendant also introduced how to use all the facilities. Called after a few hours to check if everything was okay. In the evening someone came over to say hello and asked if they needed anything. Rich breakfast. Very good choice
