Nice hotel with very nice location near ChengDu East Railway Station. Get free upgraded upon check in. Room space still OK.

Great location, 7-8 min walk to Chengdu East Station and Metro station, 15 min appr metro ride to Chunxi Street. Room and bathroom are small and compact but absolutely ok and very clean, toiletries are provided. Do not expect a luxury room, it is more of a business type room, still great though, it has everything you need for a travel stay. Got a high-floor rooms with great view. Staff friendly and helpful, cleaning service available if you need it. For the price, I am pretty happy which the reservation, thank you!

Been here many times. Still the best that I have stay in Chengdu. Near to Chengdu east Train station and many marts / eatery’s around the hotel. Highly recommended

I stayed here twice for a night each as I was headed out of Chengdu via Chengdu east station. Both times the hotel helped to keep my luggage while I was away. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room may be small for two but it’s just right for one. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby too so I always head there to get supper. Overall, very cost-effective, highly recommended.

Staff very unfriendly. Did not smile. Barely spoke english. Room very cold. No heating. It was freezing in March. No coffee given. Just tea. Some of us do not drink tea. Wifi in room didn’t work. Quite useless

This is the nearest apartment you can get from ChengduEast Gaotie. I'm very satisfied with the location as I had to take a train early next morning to Jiuzhaigou. The rooms are clean too

Rayfont hotel is in quiet neighborhood but close to metro, bus and railway, all within walking distance. Room a bit dated and tricky to get into shower because of tightness of space. As much as I appreciate the upgrade I was disappointed because of the strong cigarette smell upon entering the room. It being a non smoking floor. There was even a cigarette butt on the window ledge. Fortunately the windows can be opened which we did kept them open though out our 3 night stay. Hotel front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast decent. Lots of shops around too.

Hotel is not that clean and comfort bed Bed and ned sheet also curtain has smell Room feel strange we not feel good The day we stay is very bad this is the bad hotel ever i have stay 1.hotel say it's all electrical cut off ex hotwater airccon heater tv elevator also plug for charging all cut off 00.30-05.30 but we ok 2.at 00.30 everything cut out 3. At 4.30 am we hear strange noise and very loud from our cabinet but there is mothing ot like someone knocking ~10 times then stop Adter that ~10 min it draging sound So we could not sleep 4. At 6.00 am electrical not go back yet Very bad hotel ever we need to back our bag With iphonelighther and battery is gonna run out because can not charge in room due to electrical cut off Not reccommend at all -helpful and staff can speak english one staff but other not understand and not try to help -East Railway station is just 200-300 m about 5 mins walk bery convineint location is good Never go there again Hotel not inform about electrical cut down at all prior So i think that if my flight delay amd we get to hotel not in time there os no lift/elevator no hoteater no heater amd it 9 degree how to live very bad experience(we arrive 00.00 so we can do everything in time

We have been staying here each time we transit from Chengdu to other sichuan scenic areas, all these while it has been pleasant and we like this hotel very much, however not this time. After we checked in yesterday we were informed that hotel will shut off power ENTIRELY from 12.30am to 5.30am for it’s maintenance/repair, means no heating aircon, no hot water , no light, lift not working basically no electricity for 5 hours. What frustrated me was hotel should notify us prior to booking or check in and offer refund as we are so tired from our back packing and all we want is to sleep in the warm comforting room. Instead we were notified after we have checked in. At least hotel should have offer some compensation like a free breakfast which I believe it won’t cost them much… disappointing big disappointment with the management. I must say that the staff are good with their service but not the management

Fantastic location, close to the Chunxi road and the airport buses, panda buses, restaurants and shopping malls. Clean and quiet. Recommended for future stay

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but outside there is 成都东站 and the main metro station. The hotel is very pleasant, beautiful and taken care of. The room was Amazing for the price we paid. Also the optional breakfast is really good for a nice price. The reception doesn't speak English at all, which could be a problem for some people. The WiFi works really well and the room was warm and every day we were given new bottles of water which I appreciate a lot (they don't mention it so don't keep your valuable stuff out, maybe put them in your luggage). I would definitely come back here!

Value for money. Good location near the Chengdu East Railway Station. We have one night stay as we took early high speed train to jiuzhaigou.. we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nice, location is very convenient but AC in the room didn't work properly and I felt very cold
