Very good location. The room is nice and very clean. The font desk is very helpful. I really love this location. There are many shops and great restaurants around. At the first floor of this hotel there is a famous restaurant (must try!).

Excellent hotel service. Great location. Just besides Tai Koo Li (太古里). Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a pleasant surprise during check-in as the girls were each given a free panda soft toy. Mini bar also had free drinks and will be refilled daily. Free laundry services are also provided. The friendly staff at the laundry room will help check if the clothes are dry enough before hanging it up on the drying racks. There are also free, delicious night snacks! During check-out, we were once again given a pleasant surprise when the staff gave us cute fridge magnets. Highly recommend this hotel as facilities and services are immaculate, staff are also friendly.

Great location. They provide 2 types of pillows. Great service from all staff. They helped to order ******* delivery since we have issues with our app. Staff were all very patient and helpful. They gave us a panda plushie when we checked in as a welcome gift and give us a panda magnet when husband asked where is nearest souvenir store around hotel and gave us a portable electronic fan when we checked out and offered drinks to bring to airport. Superb hospitality! Only negative feedback - the toilet on ground floor was dirty.

The hotel room was dusty. The breakfast was average only and there was only one waitress clearing the tables . Many tables were not cleaned and cleared when we went down for breakfast at around 9.30am. The concierge was not very helpful when we enquired about tax refund. She asked us to checked ourselves. The only positive about the hotel is the excellent location and late checkout.

This is the first hotel that I genuinely would like to give a 5stars review. 1. front desk is very responsive and helpful with all our request including early check in, late check out etc. 2. They are very friendly and welcoming, offered us souvenirs when we reach the hotel and leaving the hotel. 3. They are very considerate, small little things like preparing tissue, sunblock, cooling pad and mosquito repellents beside front desk for travellers. 4. Location is super convenient right beside 太古里 and luxury brands. 5. Upgraded our rooms for our stay Will definitely recommend friends and family, and stay here for next trip.

Hotel is located at a very convenient area filled with good restaurants and shopping. The metro station is about 600m away. The room is very clean and staff are all very friendly. Room is also very spacious and bright. Since it is located next to Taikoo Li luxury shopping area, it is a shoppers paradise.

Recently stayed in Chengdu Taikoo Liado S Hotel and had a great experience! Location is absolutely fantastic, in the bustling Taikoo Li near, go shopping, punch a card food super convenient, want to go to Chunxi Road stroll is also very close. Into the hotel, the decoration style is the kind of simple and stylish, full of artistic atmosphere, let people relax. The reception staff is warm and professional, quick to check in, and considerate to introduce interesting places and special snacks around.

Excellent hotel just next to Temple House and all the stores. Clean rooms, a robot that delivers your orders to the door and a nice gym! Breakfast is pretty good, Le Labo products are provided in the shower & there is a Japanese toilet in the rooms

A special thank you to 可园阿姨, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Every day, my room was spotless, and the little thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. She was always cheerful, kind, and attentive The front desk staff were equally outstanding. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile.
