The room is big, clean, modern. I requested a non-smoking room and my request has been respected as I couldn't smell any smoke. There is a small balcony, which is good if you have a someone smoking with you.

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious even for foreigner. Service and the people very nice and friendly. Next time I will go to Chengdu, I will pick this place again.

I’ve been to countless hotels and this one is by far my FAVORITE. for the past month I’ve been traveling around China and to different parts like hunan, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, and this one right here, in chengdu, is literally unbeatable. I got super homesick like a few days ago because I missed my bed, but the bed in this hotel is just like the one as home, soft but not too soft. All the other hotels I’ve been has floors that are softer than the bed, but because I’m not used to the firmness of the beds, this bed here is the best in my opinion. Also with this bed I slept for a full 11 hours. Also all the other hotels I’ve been to were broken in some ways, like the showers won’t close all the way so the water will spill and leave an odor. This one however, can close all the way so water won’t spill out and you won’t be standing in a big puddle when you finish showering. Last night when my dad was super mad because he couldn’t eat at the all-you-can-eat buffet, we got back to the hotel and saw fruits outside, which instantly made him become less mad. Living in this room makes me feel like I’m a billionaire living in a luxurious and contemporary apartment. my favorite part about this is probably how the shower comes with shampoo, body wash, AND conditioner. My hair hasn’t felt conditioner in so long because all the other hotels never provided us with it so my hair literally feels like hay until I showered and put conditioner on it. Anyways I would definitely recommend this because of honestly everything.

One of the non-smoking rooms we booked was still a little smokey, but luckily we could open the sliding door to freshen up the room. Overall the room is clean, and breakfast was reasonable and tasty.

Lovely affordable hotel, just on the main road and a 15 minute taxi ride to the city centre. The room was spacious, modern, quite eloquent. The hotel was spotless, no dirt anywhere. The staff at reception were kind, hospitable and accommodating, and the fruit each day was a very welcome touch. I would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Clean and Great! But the location was a little far from food places but still great!

Staff was very helpful to arrange transport for us. Other guests were not very thoughtful which challenged resting properly. (Free) laundry room on the same level, fresh fruit mini basket and water bottles.

Perfect stay at the hotel, personnel is very kind and competent: they help us very quickly every time. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful service.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights ( 23 rd and 24th of September). The staff from the moment we stepped in was caring and friendly. We were upgraded without any charge by the two boys who were at the reception and the two beautiful girls Xiaoli and Xiaohe were extremely helpful. Despite the language barrier they took time to answer our questions and went out of their way. The room was spacious and very clean. Extremely value for money. Thank you very much again to the beautiful staff including the boy who helped us to load all our baggage to the taxi early morning when we checked out.

Traveled with a group of 4 adults, 2 kids and stayed for 3 nights. I booked this hotel due to apparent vicinity to the railway station, but I failed to consider that it wasn’t very close to anything else - restaurants, metro or city center. Don’t be like me! However, the hotel could have done a better job maintaining the rooms and providing breakfast food. The lobby was shabby, the shower nozzle leaked and did not spray correctly and the breakfast buffet was relatively expensive for the food. It had a disappointing mix of western food (fries, hash browns) and Chinese food (buns, pickled radish). The selection was limited and we ended up eating boiled egg, fruit and yogurt. This is not because we have an aversion to Western food done in China or Chinese food! We have been to other Chinese hotel breakfast buffets and enjoyed them! Another day, we asked for breakfast on the go so we could wake up early to see the pandas. They provided us fruit that was covered in sand and dirt and even after multiple washes still was dirty. The staff and management needs to take more care of details. I would not recommend this hotel.
