Breakfast is sufficient for everyone in it The rooms are well furnished and very clean. All of this hotel is accessible by foot. And the parking house is shortly well to drive with us.We come back

Aufenthalt 08/2021 Das Areal ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Auf dem „Schlossplatz“ gibt es einige Geschäfte, viele Essens- und Trinkmöglichkeiten. Spazieren kann man hier ganz toll! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, Die Sauberkeit war (bis auf 2-3 Spinnen) fast vorbildlich. Auch das Badezimmer war wunderschön und super modern. Aber: Es gab drei verschieden Parkplätze mit unterschiedlicher Nähe und Ausleuchtung. Direkt am Hoteleingang sind tolle Parkplätze, diese sind aber leider so gut wie immer voll. Die anderen sind mit Fußmärschen verbunden und ziemlich dunkel. Die Rezeptionsbar ist recht eng, was beim Check In und Out für Gedrängel sorgt. Unser Zimmer besaß eine sehr ungünstige Lage direkt neben dem Wäscheraum. Nachts liefen die Waschmaschinen und es war unglaublich laut. Zudem hatten wir ein total kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Dach – viel sahen wir nicht – und das, obwohl unser Zimmer vergleichsweise preisintensiv war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber wir hätten bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwas mehr erwartet. Es war recht unübersichtlich und die Auswahl war nicht die größte. Die Anordnung der Buffets sorgte (vermutlich coronabedingt) für längere Schlangen und Gedrängel. Die Hoteleigene App lässt sich außerdem leider nur mit einem iPhone downloaden, was schade ist.

The hotel is quietly located in the industrial park ”Chemnitz Park”. A home-owned parking for cheap 3,- € daily is directly at the house. A private garage for hotel visitors is not available. The location to the motorway is super. Very close, but not in hearing distance. The hotel has come partly safe in the years. The rooms do not really match ”modern” views; partly some furniture are a little afforded. The wallpaper in the room has also clear age traces, Entries into the room corners and depletion tracks. But you must also say that the price including breakfast is really more than just cheap. Therefore, the light departures in relation to a ”modern room” are more than just removed. Breakfast is very good and with a wide offer. The staff is friendly, competent and always is a contact person at the reception. All in all is a really good and cheap hotel.

GGuest UserAufenthalt 08/2021 Das Areal ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Auf dem „Schlossplatz“ gibt es einige Geschäfte, viele Essens- und Trinkmöglichkeiten. Spazieren kann man hier ganz toll! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, Die Sauberkeit war (bis auf 2-3 Spinnen) fast vorbildlich. Auch das Badezimmer war wunderschön und super modern. Aber: Es gab drei verschieden Parkplätze mit unterschiedlicher Nähe und Ausleuchtung. Direkt am Hoteleingang sind tolle Parkplätze, diese sind aber leider so gut wie immer voll. Die anderen sind mit Fußmärschen verbunden und ziemlich dunkel. Die Rezeptionsbar ist recht eng, was beim Check In und Out für Gedrängel sorgt. Unser Zimmer besaß eine sehr ungünstige Lage direkt neben dem Wäscheraum. Nachts liefen die Waschmaschinen und es war unglaublich laut. Zudem hatten wir ein total kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Dach – viel sahen wir nicht – und das, obwohl unser Zimmer vergleichsweise preisintensiv war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber wir hätten bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwas mehr erwartet. Es war recht unübersichtlich und die Auswahl war nicht die größte. Die Anordnung der Buffets sorgte (vermutlich coronabedingt) für längere Schlangen und Gedrängel. Die Hoteleigene App lässt sich außerdem leider nur mit einem iPhone downloaden, was schade ist.

Breakfast is sufficient for everyone in it The rooms are well furnished and very clean. All of this hotel is accessible by foot. And the parking house is shortly well to drive with us.We come back

Excellent service, brilliant food, great location - Chemnitz at its best ! You can walk nearly everywhere you need to and also train and tram are very close. The receptionists were very friendly, I can highly recommend the Hotel.

GGuest UserLage topp,Hotelparkplatz zwar gratis aber eng. Außerhalb auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten(z.T. kostenpflichtig). Zimmer klein, praktisch, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man so aus Hotels kennt. Deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit! Der Papp-Trink- Zahnputzbecher mag ein Anfang sein und auch die übliche nette Aufforderung zu den Handtüchern ( hängen lassen wenn weiter genutzt). Letzteres wurde trotz regelkonformer Ausführung komplett vom Zimmerservice ignoriert und man bekam am 2. Tag wieder ein frisches Handtuchpaket! Am Buffet überwiegend Plastik verpackte Einzelportionen! Das habe ich in diesem Ausmaß lange nicht mehr erlebt. Auf den Screens im Frühstücksraum sich stetig wiederholende Eigenwerbung. Hier wären Uhrzeit, Wetter und Infos zu örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine angenehme Bereicherung. Leider besticht der Frühstücksraum durch Fastfoodimbiss-Charme - man isst vom Tablett und die Geräuschkulisse ist enorm. Sauberkeit ist aber lobenswert.

TThomas KThe hotel is quietly located in the industrial park ”Chemnitz Park”. A home-owned parking for cheap 3,- € daily is directly at the house. A private garage for hotel visitors is not available. The location to the motorway is super. Very close, but not in hearing distance. The hotel has come partly safe in the years. The rooms do not really match ”modern” views; partly some furniture are a little afforded. The wallpaper in the room has also clear age traces, Entries into the room corners and depletion tracks. But you must also say that the price including breakfast is really more than just cheap. Therefore, the light departures in relation to a ”modern room” are more than just removed. Breakfast is very good and with a wide offer. The staff is friendly, competent and always is a contact person at the reception. All in all is a really good and cheap hotel.

王王Clean and tidy. With a wide view, you can see the whole view of Chemnitz city center. It is within walking distance from the city center. The traffic at the door is also very convenient, but it is not very noisy. Rich breakfast, many varieties!
