It was ok .I noticed room had some loose items. Pool out of service. Back door by the pool did not open with key card. The cookie shuttle buses park in the front parking lot near entrance. They should park on the side parking lot instead of the front. The front should be for guests. The cookies were very delicious. Staff gave us a blanket tied up with a ribbon. Very thoughtful and detailed. Thank you

Had some hickups during the booking, but it was quickly resolved. Recommended

Chelsea is not the safest part of Boston, so the hotel is not ideally located. The rooms are also old and not always clean. The amenities (pool and gym) are decent, but nothing to be excited about. Overall, I would only recommend staying here for 1 night if you need to head to the airport, as it is near Logan and offers a free shuttle.

Maintaining the service level of Double Tree Hotel, clean & comfortable but too noisy due to near to the railway.

The room was nice but the service was terrible. There was only one shuttle. I had to wait for an hour to get on the plane that arrived at 8pm. The Comfort Inn next door had three shuttles passing by. The Indian manager at the front desk didn't even apologize and tried to get away with it by telling jokes. The management was very chaotic. The next morning, they dropped me off at the wrong place and tried to ask for a tip. I will definitely not book again.

The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the airport and very spacious.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good. Service: The service is also very good, and the people are very nice. There are many fast food restaurants nearby, such as Burger King, etc. Breakfast: Typical American breakfast, the fruit is generally not very fresh.

The room was decent, and the front desk service was good. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport and the car rental location, but you need to call to contact. Very convenient But the room soundproofing is extremely poor! I couldn't fall asleep in the middle of the night because of the noisy children; I was sleeping in the morning, and was woken up by laughter at 7 o'clock!

The transportation is convenient, but please note that the shuttle bus to the airport is not available 24 hours a day.
