Stayed in the sleeper deluxe which was very nice. The room was small, but expected that and didn't mind.
Since theres no drinking water close by and there was no coffee maker that there should have been complimentary water in the room. The water in the room was $7. Didn't explore the hotel part of the facility, but there is a decent size outdoor pool.

The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself.
Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

Nice hotel with everything you could need in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My family of 4 really enjoyed our third time at this hotel, and we were very comfortable in the double queen room. The renovations are very nice, and there are plenty of onsite activities and restaurants to choose from. My favorite part was the little table with wrap around seating in our room. It was perfect for meals, and I love having somewhere besides the bed to sit. My only real complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom, so it felt like a sauna after 4 people showered. However, it did not make the room itself uncomfortable to be in.

Very historic and romantic, weekend getaway for my husband and I in one of the train cars. The atmosphere was relaxing and had a luxurious feel to it. They provide you with robes to use which we did the entire time and an umbrella if you travel out for the day and encounter some rain. The bathroom floors were heated, water pressure in the shower was amazing, quality toiletries (didn’t even have to use my own except toothpaste and skincare). The bed was very comfortable and great sheets. Room comes with an electric kettle and coffee bags which was the best quality hotel coffee I’ve ever had. All in all, definitely thinking about when we will stay here again.

Charming and quaint. Was a nice break in our journey which we found on Hotel Tonight. Felt a little sketchy, pulling in late at night down the train yard also somewhat concerned about the sliding glass doors on the first level inside the rooms which were very easily popped open. Had to change locations to ensure we had a locking door. The quality and atmosphere was lovely though and would happily return. Seems like they had staff covering multiple posts, which made it a little difficult to get coffee service in the morning.

The rooms are gorgeous and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and Sarah, the bartender runs the bar like a fine tuned machine. Her drinks are creative and yummy. The restaurant feels like a big family working to make diners feel welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chattanooga.
