"On arrival service was great and very helpful. Room had a great view a little on small size but not complaining as it was very clean. On the down side. Mattress needs changing as springs have gone. Woke up with them digging in my back. Went for breakfast as continental breakfast was included. It's extra for cooked of which I would be happy to pay for. However I was totally ignored as person too busy folding napkins and kept their back to me. I wasn't going to hang around. There was no fruit just bread, muffins and yoghurt. I was going to speak to the front desk about this but no one about so I let myself out of the car park."
