The Hostel team were excellent, food and drinks selections and standard are high. Rooms are fine - showers a bit dated in the room, but did the job after been out all day.

Very clean - surprisingly clean even! Simple but warm in atmosphere - my husband was surprised that I booked this place (we’re in our 60’s) but it was outstanding & charming. We highly recommend if you’re looking for convenient location & simplicity.

Flight delayed, couldnt comunicate with the hotel and when I arrived nobody opened or give some help. I had to travel 3 hours more to get other hotel at 2 am. Phone is an answer machine, messages nobody answer. The place look bad and smell to *******!

I stayed here with my son for a few nights. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place has a welcoming feel, always people in the bar and dining room relaxing and playing games. Everywhere is nice and clean. Big kitchen if you want to make your own. I can recommend the burgers they were delicious. Rooms are basic but functional. Also the ski shop Mountain ride was great and easy to reach on the free ski bus. Used Chatel Transfers to and from the airport also 5*. Great trip thank you!

Auberge très sympa avec des dortoirs avec des lits séparés par des cloisons, sanitaires ok, salle de repos et un restaurant qui propose un petit déjeuner en buffet , et des plats pour se restaurer, bar avec plusieurs bières artisanales pression . Accueil sympa, belle cuisine pour préparer ses plats, espace extérieur pres de la rivière pour se reposer

Gite a la sortie de Chatel vers le col de Bassachaux. Bon acceuil, ambiance cool, dortoirs spacieux espace individuel cloisonné, très bon petit déjeuner, bar restaurant avec bières artisanales a la pression ! Très bonne adresse

Très belle découverte cette auberge. Personnel adorable, admirable, et super serviable, aménagement très bien pensé, pratique et convivial,, lit super confortable. Très propre. Cuisine commune très bien équipée et réseau Wifi efficace, même dehors dans le jardin 😎. Restaurant très bon, copieux et retour qualité prix au top, en plus vous pouvez payer en chèque vacances. Depuis ce matin, ils sont équipés pour les règlements en ANCV connect 😀👍, en plus des ANCV papiers. J'y retourne des que je peux 😀😀😀

De nombreux résidents, et aussi un membre du staff, toussaient beaucoup dès le premier jour mais personne n'a eu la décence de mettre un masque, surtout en dortoir où les risques de contagion sont élevés. J'ai finit par attraper la COVID et j'espère la dernière! Avec presque 39°C de fièvre, certains clients voulaient ouvrir les fenêtres pendant des heures dans le mépris total de ma maladie. Il m'a fallut me faire entendre tout seul. J'ai aussi trouvé la relation client très superficielle. En effet, un soir que je rentrais de chez le médecin et que je me retrouvais sans bus à 5mn en voiture de l'hostel, personne ne s'est inquiété pour moi après que j'ai prévenu. Ne serait-ce que faire une annonce au bar aux conducteurs aurait pu suffire pour m'aider. C'est pour le moins décevant et indigne d'une prestation hôtelière de qualité.
