B&B Hotel Poitiers 3 Futuroscope Reviews

The hotel is very good: clean, welcoming, and located close to Futuroscope. However, we encountered a small problem when booking through the website. For five people, we were allocated two double rooms. We expected an extra bed to be added, as is the case in many hotels, but this wasn't possible here. The hotel explained to us that the website shouldn't have offered this configuration because there weren't enough beds. We remained calm so as not to spoil our stay, but I find it wrong that the website asked us to pay a supplement to change rooms when the error was theirs. Fortunately, the hotel was understanding and allowed us to stay in the reserved rooms. Thanks to their kindness, our stay went well despite this inconvenience.

Chambre comfortable pour un séjour au Futuroscope. Le parc est accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel.

Beaucoup de toile d’araignée dans la chambre. Personne à qui demander des renseignements Machine à café en panne et pas de quoi chauffer de l’eau dans la chambre Bien placer Bien pour dépanner pour une nuit
