Right at the heart of uptown, that also means lot of noise at night. Great rooms and good facilities

Nice hotel located right in the middle of things in Uptown Charlotte. They don’t seem to have a service for delivering items like a tooth brush to your room, and don’t have as many amenities, like a robe, as some other hotels. The staff is friendly and attentive and the price is reasonable.

I would definitely recommend Double Tree Hotel anytime. The customer service is always great and the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Oh yeah, keep the cookies coming lol

Location is great for walking and discovering great restaurants and shopping in the area.

I love this restaurant at Hyatt, we stay 1 night for our 1st wedding anniversary!

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.

There's no pool closed 3 years ago, rooftop is only for parties reserved. Parking garage is not connected and staff has a real issue with you trying to load and unload the car in the loading area. Avoid this hotel it was very stressful, and inconvenient. So many bumbs outside and people smoking ********* in thr parking garage. They also don't offer you cookies like the doubletree is known for

Uptown Charlotte, was clean but to start, the service was bad from the front and the valet wasn’t available to trucks, the garage is super tight and low clearance so wouldn’t recommend being a personal vehicle here. The beds and towels were crunchy but at least the location was ok.

There was construction going on at time of our stay, so could hear work above our room during the day, but otherwise enjoyed our room.. Clean & comfy bed, nice shower, great location.

Came for the weekend football game. Service was excellent and friendly. Close to plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay there again!
