I had a wonderful stay at the Home Inn Style Hotel because of its strategic location for my visit to Pai Fan Street. The staff were friendly, attentive and prompted to what the guests need especially Miss Yu Yin Li (余银丽小姐). Furthermore the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are user friendly. I chiefly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and memorable as compared to six years ago （2018 & 2019）during my first and second visit. I look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends. Congrats!

The facilities are exceptionally new and modern. In the lobby, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, lemonade, and black tea, which is a nice touch. Luggage storage is available, and there's a well-equipped gym and a laundry room on the fourth floor. The entire place was impeccably clean and tidy. Its location is absolutely fantastic; it's very close to Xima Road, allowing for an easy and pleasant walk along the bustling commercial street directly to the famous Paifang Street and Guangji Bridge. Lastly, the staff provided outstanding service and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nestled in a courtyard right next to KFC, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being in a lively neighborhood. The service is excellent. Given the hot weather, it was incredibly thoughtful of them to allow us to leave our takeaway food at the front desk to be stored in their fridge. From the intersection downstairs, a mere 10-minute walk to the left will take you directly to Kaiyuan Temple and Paifang Street. Continue a bit further east, and you'll find Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are so many delicious local snacks around the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located right next to the ancient city; a short walk to the left from the hotel entrance will take you directly into it. It offers great value for money, being much more affordable than other hotels in the area, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The best part is that the hotel provides a free laundry room and detergent. It's incredibly convenient to be able to wash and dry your sweaty clothes after a day of sightseeing – this feature truly deserves a big thumbs-up! To the right of the hotel, less than 200 meters away, you'll find the famous 'Xima Congee City'.

Our room was nice and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were all very friendly and patient. Getting around was also convenient, with popular attractions and a food street just a short walk of a few hundred meters away. However, the room was a bit on the small side, and the wardrobe was quite compact too. The hotel breakfast was decent, offering a good variety, and the dining area was quiet and clean. Complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby. Should I visit Chaozhou again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The rooms are clean, and it's conveniently located very close to all the main attractions. It's an ideal place to stay for families with children. There are plenty of shops nearby, yet the area itself is quiet. The service was excellent. Definitely a top choice for a family vacation.

Having had a good experience at a Homeinns Premier in Chengdu, I chose the Homeinns Business Traveler in Chaozhou, but the experience here was truly a roller coaster ride. The only thing I'd give a perfect 5-star rating to was the service. As expected from a chain hotel, the staff training was excellent. The front desk was very welcoming, and when they didn't have mosquito repellent, they thoughtfully decanted a small bottle for me. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Paifang Street. However, the king room I booked was incredibly small – only about a third of the size of a king room I had at Homeinns in Chengdu. It was so cramped that I kept bumping into things, leaving my legs bruised. What's more, the sound insulation was terrible. I was woken up early in the morning by car horns from the street and loud conversations between hotel staff and other guests. I even specifically recorded dozens of seconds of video footage to highlight the issue. Finally, a tip for fellow travelers: Chaozhou's food isn't as good as Shantou's. The only dish that made me want to revisit was Ah Rong's Claypot Porridge. For everything else, the prices and quality were seriously mismatched.

Overall, the environment was decent, and the location was very convenient. Service was prompt, and having a laundry room on the 4th floor was handy. However, I found a hair on the bedsheet and had to ask a staff member to change it. It was quite late, so an older gentleman came to change it, but he wasn't very professional. The front desk apologized and even gave me a breakfast voucher! Breakfast was alright, with most basic items available. One lady scanned my card at the entrance, but when I went back for a second helping, another lady came up and asked for my room number. I told her it had already been scanned. Also, sometimes there was someone at the entrance, sometimes not. I saw two people just walk in and eat without scanning their cards, and the staff didn't even notice! But what really left me speechless was this: when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon to collect my stored luggage, the front desk staff asked me to write a positive review. I said, 'Sure, I'll write it later.' A short while later, they came back and insisted again. I told them I needed to use the restroom and would write it afterwards. This staff member then asked if I could write it *right now*. I replied, 'I need to go to the restroom, why do I have to write it now?' He said he needed to verify it and take a photo... This is just ridiculous. This is not how you ask for good reviews! Forced positive reviews?? Originally, I would have given the service 4 stars, but now I'll only give it 2!!!

Excellent, with a convenient location. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a tea set and water. They were so thoughtful that they even gave us a complimentary bottle of water for our journey when we checked out. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, water, and other refreshments. Highly recommended!

The service was truly exceptional; everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly and patiently, always ready to answer any questions. The housekeeping team cleaned my room spotlessly every day and even carefully tidied up scattered items, making me feel right at home. The laundry service was a huge plus! My clothes got dirty during my business trip, and I was starting to worry, but the hotel's laundry service was surprisingly fast and professional. My clothes came back clean, neat, and with a faint fresh scent. They were perfectly dried too, making them very comfortable to wear. It really saved me a lot of trouble. The hotel's tea room was an unexpected gem. The ambiance was incredibly elegant and quiet, with a full set of tea utensils and good quality tea leaves. After a busy day, coming here to sit for a while, brewing a pot of tea, helped me feel completely relaxed. It's perfect for quiet reflection or a casual chat with friends. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

For a chain hotel, this is undoubtedly the best pet-friendly option in Chaozhou Ancient City. It offers consistent quality and is far less hassle than staying in a guesthouse. It's genuinely pet-friendly; you just need to provide your dog's license/vaccination records and sign an agreement before check-in. The location is superb – a peaceful haven amidst a lively area. The bedding is top-notch, the room is spotless, and there's no traffic noise. There's a multi-story parking garage diagonally opposite the hotel (30 RMB/day), and the surrounding area is filled with charming old shops and local eateries beloved by residents. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping is prompt with cleaning and replenishing supplies. The staff are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile to assist guests.
